I bought a bottle of Creed Aventus from…
I bought a bottle of Creed Aventus from a John Lewis store which is provided by Creed Fragrances UK but John Lewis refuse to help. - It smells nothing like it use to or is suppose to.
Creeds response is there nothing they can do.
This was my first purchase of my own bottle of aventus and will be my last. Paying a premium of £300+ and the service is like this?

Diffuser glass vial replacement
Unfortunately my Creed leather wrapped diffuser vial was damaged and I needed a replacement. Despite the product having been discontinued, I reached out via LinkedIn and the Creed team sourced a replacement. Very grateful I can continue to use such a beautiful product.

Creed use to be good in every aspect
Creed use to be good in every aspect, however I recently ordered a perfume £265.00 and paid extra for next day delivery? All done well before the 1pm cut off time, perfume was for a special occasion ? Now ruined as no delivery came. Please don’t waste your money on next day delivery as it’s a gamble on whether it arrives or not. Very disappointed and probably will never use creed online again .

Eine bodenlose Frechheit, Produkt bezahlt! Lieferung nicht gekommen!! Überlege Rechtliche Schritte! Ein Wahnsinn .. Auf die Frage wann ich das Produkt bekomme .. wir leiten es weiter und können es nicht sagen ..wenn nicht bekommen sie den Betrag zurück!! Warte jetzt 4 Wochen und bekomme immer nur die selben fadenscheinigen Chat Antworten! Nie wieder bei dieser Abzockerbande!! Geld werde ich einklagen und überlege das in die Zeitung zu geben damit Leute gewarnt sind!!!

Terrible customer service
Ordered aftershave for a gift, seems it has gone astray within Royal Mail system. Whilst I appreciate Creed haven’t caused the issue, their customer service was generic, uncaring and dismissive.

Iv been using Creed now for almost 10 years!!. In that period my deliveries have been 100% accurate free from damage and always upto date with the delivery schedule.
Customer services has been outstanding and i cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Einen geöffneten Flacon erhalten. Der Inhalt wies darüber hinaus noch Sedimente auf. Es dürfte sich somit entweder um eine Fälschung oder um ein Muster Exemplar gehandelt haben. Bei Rücksendung wurde ich hinsichtlich der Erstattung des Kaufpreises und der Portokosten hingehalten und immer wieder gebeten, Reklamation erneut über verschiedene Kanäle (Homepage, PayPal..) einzureichen. Nie wieder!!!
