I ordered a sale item as a belated Xmas present, (beanie hat), the system saying there were 3 items in stock. I was later informed that actually the item was not in stock there was a problem with the system but I could choose a different colour? By the time I had seen the email, all other colours were also out of stock?

I am really happy with the rowing clothes I bought here. They are great quality and have improved my rowing experience. The customer service was also excellent. I will definitely be shopping with you again. Thank you!

Love the stitching, fit, and material. The heat pressed tag and logos make it so much more comfortable. Though I do wish there were more color options for the Ultimate Unisuit without getting custom ones.

Ordered a week ago, have heard nothing from the company having sent two emails immediately after order. No idea when goods are arriving and no feedback on query. Frustrating.

Things arrived, but communication about delivery was confusing and sometimes sent after things had already been delivered. Kit looks fine, but some more info on leg length and rower height in size chart would be useful, as everything is quite long (for a 5'10" male)!

Size Guide was excellent for fit. I was delighted that they are long enough in the body, where most leggings are not (on me) especially for rowing on the water or in the cold shed on the ergos. They feel great and the winter ones are super snug!! Looking forward to getting back on the water soon in my new gear!

I do not recommend buying direct from Crewroom.

Worst customer service I have received in years. Crewroom will not take responsibility for their orders. Instead they hide behind Royal Mails’s terms and conditions, to avoid replacing goods or issuing a refund promptly.

This is a real shame. I have previously bought their great products on Amazon but decided to buy direct from Crewroom this time. Big mistake.

Several phone calls and an email later they are unwilling to do anything about my order, which has been lost in the post, until they first get their insurance-claim money from Royal Mail. This means I am without goods or refund and waiting for Royal Mail to reimburse Crewroom, before Crewroom will consider refunding me or sending me replacement goods. Crewroom is unable to tell me exactly how long this process is likely to take, instead they hide behind Royal Mail’s terms and conditions. I did not do business with Royal Mail, I did business with Crewroom.

If you must buy Crewroom products, buy them from Amazon. Then if something does go wrong, you have access to customer service that can actually resolve issues.

Real shame, as I don’t believe you can not buy personalised team kits from Amazon. But glad that I tested Crewroom with a personal order, before engaging with them further.

Crewroom have delivered excellent customer service before which is why we chose them for repeat custom. The order arrived quickly.
But on this occasion, the top was poor quality and after one use, has multiple pulled cords which is not as hard wearing as I would expect.
