I made a purchase beginning of the year (I have purchased from them before ) and the sizing was off so I returned the items. The tracking says it’s sitting at their warehouse pending review and it has been over 3 weeks. I’ve attempted to contact them multiple times via their website and have even attempted to get a response on their various social media accounts to no avail. I feel like I’m going crazy because they just refuse to respond. In the past I have made returns and there was no issue but this time it has been a nightmare. I really like their products as they are high quality but the customer service side of things is extremely inconsistent. At this point I don’t know what else I can do.

These shoes said they would come within a week but they came in 3 dayss! They’re so pretty in person too & true to size & fits comfortably.

I ordered a size I thought would fit them got to thinking and changed my mind. I emailed them and they granted my request to change the size before the pants shipped. Not my first order, but very impressed with the quick shipping and arrival of the order. I had an issue regarding 3rd party fees anr I emailed them and they assisted me in a professional manner and I will continue to do business with Cristianzerotre.

Excellent quality shoes and fantastic customer service.. I had so many question for the help center, and they responded promptly and professionally. Andrew is one of the best person i could ever communicate with..always available to help you, has patience and full understanding for the needs of their customers.I’m obsessed with my choices :) classic ⭐️boots !! The material is durable, and the fit is true to size on these boots! I order the Starboots in light brown colour and also the pink leopard pants 💗 brings me back to the 2000 days !! I had received the wrong color pants that I ordered and they offered to send the right pair, right away, and allowed me to keep the other pair as a gift for the mistake! Will continue to order from them and tell everybody I know! Great, upstanding company!

Absolute TRASH! They sent me a used worn down boot that you can tell someone broken and returned and the quality of the boots is terrible. Nowhere near worth $170, it’s more like a Temu quality made boot. If I can give zero stars, I would.
Also for return, there is nowhere on their website allowing me to return.
When hitting “To request the return of the order, click HERE and follow the return instruction's” on website it keeps taking you back to order page. I sent them an email requesting to complete a return and of course they are going to make me pay the $19 return out of my refund if they even allow me to return it, the whole website/business seems sketchy I should have known better. I suggest never buying anything from them!

Ordered Jan 10th-Received trash used Boots on Jan 28th.

I ordered the animal print boots in a size that was too large. They emailed me the return label and process. I did have to send a couple of follow up emails to receive my refund, but the process was rather simple. I did get refunded and will be reordering a smaller size

Après avoir passer commande sur un site qui pourtant propose des beaux produits et surtout des délais de livraison rapide cela fait maintenant un bon moment que je reste sans nouvelle de ma commande.
Suite à de nombreuses tentatives pour prendre contact avec eux par mail et sur les réseaux sociaux pour qu’on me sorte une excuse à chaque réponse sans me donner ce que j’attends réellement (c’est à dire des nouvelles de ma commande) jusqu’à qu’on ne me réponde plus du tout.
Sans compter les autres avis négatif et les commentaires des gens qui se plaignent sous certains post sur les réseaux c’est inadmissible !!
Alors passez votre chemin si vous ne voulez pas a avoir à entreprendre des démarches contre cette entreprise de voleurs !!

Ive been literally waiting over a month for a response and i never got 1 regarding my order that said delivered i paid for it i have not got an response back yet or a refund this is sick like what kind of company is this its ridiculous

Ridiculous. Since a month I wait for them to ship my order. Every time I email them, they lie to me that it's going to ship in the next 1 to 2 days. It never happens. NEVER AGAIN

I made an Ordner, paid everything and then i realized it was the wrong Size!!!
I was a little in Panic, i wrote an Email, if it was possible to change the size.
Because of Christmas i didn‘t expect to work out , when my shoes arrived in the RIGHT Size I was sueprised and so happy.

Ordine fatto il 13 dicembre, consegna stimata entro 3/4 giorni. Siamo al 24 dicembre e ancora non hanno neanche spedito il pacco. Dopo aver scritto numerose mail si lamentela, mi hanno risposto dicendomi che avevano problemi di produzione e che avrebbero inviato il mio ordine entro e non oltre il 22 dicembre, cosa che non è stata fatta! Penso sia un qualcosa di assurdo.

Mai consegna è stata più veloce. spedite il 23.12 arrivate ora 24.12… le scarpe ordinate sono semplicemente favolose. servizio clienti top.

Ho acquistato dei pantaloni bellissimi. Azienda seria, puntuale e precisa anche con il servizio clienti. Esperienza consigliata 👍

Je ne sais pas quel note mettre. J’avais commandé une première paire, c’était correcte je l’ai reçu en 2 jours même. Mais elle était trop grande, alors je l’ai retourner et en ai recommandé une autre, qui elle aussi est arrivé en 2 jours. Rien à dire sur la livraison.

Mais le retour ? C’est autre chose. Ça fait maintenant plus de 3 semaines que j’attend mon remboursement pourtant j’ai vu sur l’application de mon expéditeur que la paire est bien arrivée dans leur lieu.

J’envoie des mails, ça me répond pas, je leur donne toute leur preuve que j’ai bien retourner mon colis ça fait que de me demander mon numéro de commande. Je veux juste être remboursé en faite.

Ok une semaine je peux comprendre, mais 3 semaines ?

Je veux simplement me faire rembourser en faite y’a rien de plus simple.

Had a bit of a kerfuffle with them about the sizing but in the end it was resolved in a very generous way so I’m happy with my purchase, and got a free pair of shoes which I can gift to someone else. The shoes are great and if you want to buy I’d recommend them (they look as on pictures), just make sure you read the returns policy and order the right size - I usually wear UK 7 or 8, but at CZ that’s a size 9. If you’re not sure about the size, before ordering email them and give them measurements in cm or inches ✌🏽
