I was genuinely excited to try the Cristian Zerotre Calipso shoes, especially with the sleek online photos and premium pricing. But when they arrived, I was shocked. For $169, I expected quality..instead, I got shoes that were dusty, dented, and poorly stitched made straight out of the box, the foam on the inside feels like plastic too

The stitching looks rushed and uneven, and the overall construction feels cheap, like something you’d get off a clearance rack. Honestly, I’ve seen China-made Converse dupes for a fraction of the price that had way better craftsmanship than these.

This felt like a scam. There’s nothing “luxury” or “designer” about these shoes except the price tag. I regret the purchase and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who actually values quality. Don't listen to those Tiktok videos making good reviews about them because they get commissions to say nice things about it.

The boots are so cute. My zipper was broken and they sent out a new pair! The best customer service ever!! I love my blue jean boots 🩵

I recently purchased a pair of shoes through the website, but realized a day or two later that I had accidentally ordered the wrong pair—my daughter wanted the ones with the thicker laces. I reached out to customer support to ask if I could cancel and reorder the correct ones, and they went above and beyond! Instead of having to cancel, they quickly processed an exchange before the shoes were even shipped out. There was a $10 price difference, so they sent me a simple invoice, which I paid with no issues. Shortly after, I received my updated tracking number. The entire process was smooth, fast, and handled with great care. Excellent customer service—efficient, responsive, and truly helpful. Highly recommend!

I’ve ordered from them twice now & they have delivered in amazing time. I typed my address in wrong and started to panic because I didn’t know what I was gonna do. I emailed the company and got a response in less than 24hrs. My package was immediately delivered to the right address in amazing time. Service is immaculate so far!

So far so good. I haven’t received my package yet but I ordered wrong size and sent email. Got a quick response and they corrected the size. I swear if they are as comfortable as they say…I’m getting every pair!

One of the worst companies I’ve ever ordered from! They are so rude and disgusting I will never ever order from them again and I will warn anyone I know not to order from them! Over two weeks I’ve waited for my refund and they keep talking nonsense about I keep creating a dispute with the bank a bunch of liars! I just want my money back!

I just placed an order and I ordered the wrong size. Customer service was so good in handling my order they changed it to the right size almost immediately before shipping. The email response is incredible. They care about their customers. I cant wait till my shoes get here my friend has a pair and she told me they are very comfortable, by my eye very cute.

When I first bought from this company, I wasn’t so sure about the sizing but the shoe fit perfect. They’re so stylish you can literally wear them w just about anything & I love how they aren’t heavy on my feet. Definitely was worth the purchase IMO.

If I could give them a 10 I would. Boots were ordered at 15.10 on Sunday 16th March and were delivered at 13.40 Tuesday 18th and O.M.G they are beautiful, comfortable and true to size

I processed my return with UPS, scheduled for pickup. It was gone when i came home and i saw the email saying there wasn’t anything there. Never had this problem before and I live in a very secure place and neighborhood.
Contacted the brand to help me find out more info as it is impossible to contact a living UPS person. They didn’t answer back anything. So 130 CHF went down the drain.

What amazing customer service! There was an error made on my behalf regarding the shipping address on file for Shop. I notified Crisianzerotre support of the error and they responded to me within minutes confirming the correct address. I’m so please with the quick and efficient customer service. I have never had any company respond to me that fast and resolve my issue. The shoes are already fabulous, so this is just another reason for me to keep coming back. Thank you!

I ordered shoes and haven’t received them. Tracking says delivered but where cause it’s not my house. SMH I want my refund.
