Very good service. Having been let down by another web based supplier, CPS were able to answer our questions, specify some kit and arrange next day delivery which saved our blushes.

I had a problem with the UPS installed in my home. I sent a couple of emails with questions and used the online chat function and very quickly got to the bottom of the problem, which resulted in me needing a replacement battery.

I ordered the replacement online and it was delivered to me in less than24 hours.

All up and working again now thanks to all the support from the supplier.

Just what I needed for my car. There is not the usual room for a full size battery in my modified car, a Blaze F, so this is great for the job.

Ordered 24th June for delivery within 2 working days, not received by Wed 30th so called to follow up to be told "It's in stock but we don't have any kettle leads so can't dispatch it yet. Told them "don't worry I have some, please dispatch it". Was promised it would be dispatched same day for next or 2 day delivery. Impressed how urgent it was. Wasn't delivered by promised date and no updates whatsoever throughout about any shipping or order information. It was my first order and will likely be my last. They also advertise a 24 hour phone line, this is nothing more than a call answering service where they take a name, phone number and email address to email the company to call you back on Monday, what an utterly useless service, I could email them myself?

Provided advice via email as regards what battery to purchase. Arrived within 24 hours even though it was on standard delivery. Battery was a good fit in the UPS unlike reviews I had read of other suppliers where their batteries were a tight squeeze. Will be back although hopefully not for a while!

A quick and efficient service at a competitive price.

A card was included advising on recycling the old battery. I tried to post it to the address supplied but the Post Office wouldn’t accept it. Is there a way for the courier who delivers to also take the old one for recycling?

I have had no problems ordering items from Critical Power. What I have ordered arrives very quickly. If there is a problem they are always very helpful to resolve the problem.

Only one complaint, which is that there was no power cord with which to attach it to UK mains plug.

Despite the device I originally ordered being unavailable Critical Power Supplies got in touch pretty quickly to find out what I would prefer doing, once I had selected an alternative device it was delivered the very next day! Really great service!

After a very poor experience from another larger (worldwide) supplier I discovered Critical Power Supplies offering a similar priced product with next day delivery. On placing my order I was very pleased to receive the item quickly (next day!) and in perfect working order, unlike the previous supplier! I would very happily deal with CPS again.
