Took next working day free delivery and despite an estimated delivery date 10 days hence the Battery arrive on the next working day so good job.

Ordered a UPS for £120 inc vat; inclusive of delivery in 2 days. All good. Contacted by despatch team to say that because we live and work in The Highlands, delivery would be an additional £70. Not surprisingly I cancelled the order immediately.

The website provided sufficient details to enable the choice of a suitable UPS. The package arrived on the promised day, in perfect condition and set up was straightforward using the clear instructions in the manual. It's too early to comment on reliability but a 10 year old UPS from the same manufacturer is still working with a replacement battery.

I found this company online as I needed a UPS for my home pc as the power had gone out twice in 2 days and I had lost work on my computer. I had no idea what I needed so I chatted online with Jason who helped me to make the selection. He confirmed the delivery for next day but the item had gone out of stock so when he saw this he arranged for me to get an upgraded model without any extra cost. The UPS arrived the very next morning and unfortunately when I set it up I found that the fan ran all the time and was very intrusive. I contacted the company and they have arranged to provide me with a quieter alternative at no extra cost. They offer 24/7 customer support which I took with a pinch of salt but I can confirm that they get back to you incredibly quickly and genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. I would never go anywhere else for a UPS other than Critical Power Supplies Ltd and urge anyone who needs a UPS to do likewise.

Having looked through the options of a UPS for my NAS drive I was supposedly settled on a UPS which in fact would have been over-engineered for my needs. I requested help on this subject and was indeed given much help from 'Jason' who pointed me in the right direction towards an adequate lower powered UPS which suited my needs and was cheaper.
