I love my products, but y’all have got to get a better delivery service. OnTrac is the worst service and I’m pretty sure your company has the budget to utilize other delivery services.

Worst experience ever ordering Crocs online! I placed my order on 8/12/26, they arrived on 8/19/26, they were wayyy too big so I was offered a replacement in a smaller size. I sent the original pair back on 8/20/26...... I got notification that Crocs received them on 8/27/26. It's now September 2nd 2026 and I still haven't received any information on my replacement order. Customer service said it can take up to an additional 2-3 weeks to receive my replacement order! In other words- WELL OVER A MONTH, ALMOST 6-7 WEEKS just to receive a replacement order! When it's all said and done the entire process will be almost TWO MONTHS!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! And HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The customer service is CRAP!!!!! They have no issues taking your money. That's gone in a flash. But don't every to to an exchange. My return has been stuck in preparing your order for 5 days. No answers from their stupid chat bot and even less from a human. This has been the worst online purchase in a long time!!!! Do better CROCS USA. Because this ain't it!!

Genuinely one of the worst ordering experiences of my life. Took over a week to ship and then took basically another week to deliver. Still hasn’t even come. Their estimate was the 15-17, I ordered bc I should’ve had enough time before I was going away. Actually estimated to come the 25. Ridiculous

I was super excited to try crocs for the first time. i ordered the tmnt crocs off the online store. they sent me the wrong size. i went to their exchange portal. which straight up does not work. ended up having to choose to just return them. i sent them back then i got an email saying they had received them. and it would take between 10 to 14 days for a return. which is already a wild amount of time, i paid 73 dollars for green rubber and i'm on day 13 now and still haven't gotten my refund. I have no idea if I like the feel of crocs and i never will cause they will not be getting anymore of my money

They promise a 15% discount code if you sign up for email and texts, but the code they send you doesn't actually work for Crocs shoes. Will be blocking them and reporting their texts and emails as spam..🤬

I would give crocs an -100 if I couod. Their customer service is awful and don't bother calling them as they do not help and don't care if they do. I was told that by an agent. Never buy the shoes because it is impossible to send them back or get a refund for their website mistakes of chargiing you twice. It is a useless company that knows they have issues with their server and their website and their orders but simply do not care. Worst customer service I have ever had and all I wanted to do is order a pair of shoes. Wow

If I could put no stars I would. I attempted to cancel my order shortly after placing it, well before the item had actually shipped. When I contacted customer support, I was told that because a "shipment was created" in their warehouse system, they could not cancel the order or even transfer me to a manager who could. Instead of stopping an unsent package, they put the burden on the customer to wait for delivery and refuse/return it. Unacceptable customer service and rigid backend policies. I expect my full refund processed immediately upon return.

Et à celui qui dit dans le commentaire que nous sommes des fustrés mdr vous êtes que 4 sur chez pas combien à penser positive. Ils ont bien reçues leurs colis en revanche j'attend toujours mon remboursement moi .

Pakken med Crocks sandaler kom som beskrevet efter ca. 5 dage. Forkert størrelse - vil retunere og bytte til mindre størrelse. 2 A4 papir sider skal printes ud, og skoene skal sendes retur PÅ EGEN REGNING ! BELØB 175 kr. VIRKELIG dårlig retur service, og INGEN svar fra kundeservice når man mailer spørgsmål. Vær OBS når du køber varer, det kan blive en dyr affære. Ingen anbefaling herfra.

I am writing this to document an appalling customer service experience with Crocs. I initiated a standard exchange for an order, which should have been a routine transaction. Instead, it devolved into a month-long ordeal defined by utter radio silence and total incompetence.

Over the course of more than four weeks, I sent multiple emails seeking basic updates regarding the status of my exchange. Not a single email received a substantive human response. My inquiry was effectively ignored while Crocs held both my returned item and my money.

A basic exchange should never take over 30 days or require chasing down support through every conceivable channel. The level of communication and post-purchase support from a multi-billion-dollar global corporation is unacceptable. I expect an immediate internal review of their support desk protocols. Potential buyers, be warned: if anything goes wrong with your order, you are completely on your own.

J’ai commandé par erreur la mauvaise taille car les cm qu’indique le site sont un peu perturbant. Mais je les ai renvoyé puis recommander a la bonne taille. Ils m’ont remboursé dans les semaines qui ont suivi et j’adore mes Crocs. C’est ma première paires surement pas ma dernière.

Et bien nous avons commandé une paire de crocs écho à la place nous avons reçu une paire de crocs basique à la mauvaise taille nous avons donc demandé un remboursement qui n’est jamais arrivé et demandé par PayPal aussi qui a refusé malgré le retour du colis une vrai arnaque à fuir absolument

I purchased a pair for my son. He didn’t like the color. I tried to return them but couldn’t find any trace of my order on-line or in my emails. No receipt was in the mailer. I finally wrote to Crocs. It took them 15 days and they finally got back to me saying they had to research my purchase and found the difficulty was because my email address was recorded as “xxx.com.com” in their system. I thanked them for finding the root of the problem and said I’d like to return the shoes — never worn, in pristine condition. They then had the audacity to tell me my 30 days was up and they weren’t going to issue a return. Sheer ridiculousness,

Nous avons commandé deux paires de nu pieds Crocs et quelques mois après peu d’utilisation, les supports entre orteils se sont rompus.
Donc si vous voulez acheter des tongs de qualité, évitez absolument la marque Crocs 👎

un peu angoissée après avoir lu les avis, une fois ma commande passée mais je suis ravie ! elles sont conformes à mes attentes, la livraison a été très rapide bien que j’aie demandé au transporteur une livraison dans un autre département que celui de la commande GLS est très réactif Je recommanderai sans souci

Commande du 30 juin 2026 pour une paire de sabots pour mon mari en 43/44 .
Très mauvaise expérience cette fois ci pourtant cela fait plusieurs Commandes de réalisées mais ce sera la dernière.
A réception les sabots n 'étaient pas très larges comme d 'habitude ,ils ont passé 15 minutes au soleil de Normandie et là rétrécissement du sabots à ne plus pouvoir l 'enfiler.
J 'ai contacté le Service Clients qui m 'assurait un remplaçant toujours dans l 'attente à ce jour.
C est inacceptable et loin d'être professionnel.

I ordered two pairs of sandals, but they arbitrarily canceled one and shipped only one. My order was for two pairs, so why would they ship only one? Why didn't they cancel both?

This company is awful to deal with. Second bad experience. Return/exchanges take over a month. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not bother.

On m'a offert des crocs il y a 1 an, elles ont rétrécie au point de ne plus pouvoir rentrer les pieds dedans !!!!!
Elles n'ont que très peu été portées, ne sont jamais ni restées au soleil, ni mise en machine, ni au sèche linge !
Quelle déception au vue du prix !!!
Plus jamais je n'en achèterai et pourtant j'en ai possédé 4 paires !
