We contacted Andy after seeing our cruise advertised. He quickly understood what wanted- - didn't push us to upgrade- & came back promptly with flights to suit. He always answered our phone calls promptly & updated us as necessary.
All our travellling went very smoothly - timings between flights just right. No panics!
We have already booked a further cruise with Andy & almost certainly will book others.

The customer service experience was excellent. Prompt call back after initial enquiry and Harry L, the representative, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained things clearly and was happy to hold a booking for us overnight. He then accommodated us changing dates and again was patient while we made our decision to go ahead and book our cruise. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant.
