The previous cruises with Cruise Nation included the downloading info as part of the info I needed to get the boarding passes from Turkey airline and Easy Jet.

Website Glitches but great customer services
We booked a cruise online however the booking interface was quite erratic and we got an error message. After getting the confirmation we noticed that the cabin and the flight times were different to what we had selected! It seems that the system reset the choices to default. Unfortunately due to the corrections occurring the next day the price had moved by £40 which we feel should not have been passed on to us given the system issues. The booking interface for Virgin was not aligned to Virgin’s site so difficult to understand what we were booking exactly and the 70% discount banner was only displayed on the “Slightly Smaller Terrace” so we had not realised it applied to the Central Terrace also (which we preferred).
We phoned Customer Services and spoke to Jemma who was amazing at getting the cruise and flights corrected. Jemma demonstrated first class communication and customer care. Thanks to Jemma, we now have the perfect holiday booked however we payed more than necessary due to the CruiseNation website glitches.

Olivia’s answer to my call requesting cabin name change
Olivia answered my call very promptly concerning changing a passenger name for one cabin of the 3 that I had booked to celebrate the 70th birthdays of my husband and I. She was very friendly and helpful and explained clearly that as our son Duncan was the named passenger for that particular cabin, he would have to authorise the name change - daft of me not to realise that! She then contacted MSC directly for us to confirm that the cost of the name change would be, a very reasonable £50, then checked with Duncan whether he wanted to proceed with the change, and it was all sorted. She was also kind and caring in response to hearing that the name change was necessitated by the breakup of Duncan’s relationship with his fiancée, and reassured us that she could get this quickly sorted for us. My husband was global customer experience manager for Philips Medical Systems before he retired, and he commented on how very good the service we received was. So thank you Olivia and the team at Cruise Nation. We look forward to booking our next cruise with you. Best wishes, Marian Jay.

Amazing customer support with Kimberley
I got in touch with cruisenation customer support to due issues with my ESTA status being changed putting in doubt my stay and cruise holiday.
Kimberley was amazing throughout our discussions on options and what we could do in the "what if" event that i couldnt resolve these ongoing issues.
Kimberley went above and beyond any customer support experience i have even had in my life and would happy discuss any future plans with her.
An absolute star from start to finish and nothing was ever too much effort.

Great customer service
Kimberley was amazing. So patient when I wanted to swap hotels. 8 people, 4 rooms, but only 1 couple. I got myself in a muddle I can only imagine what I was putting her through. She was calm & professional throughout & we got everything sorted.

Extremely disappointed with Cruise Nation. Customer services completely failed to resolve my issue and I have now emailed customer relations AND customer services several times with zero response. Seeking an immediate response regarding booking reference HTR-691369 before this is formally progressed via ABTA arbitration.

I phoned Cruise Nation because I wanted to clarify their discount on a Virgin transatlantic Cruise departing Barcelona in Oct 26 with the idea of booking on the phone.I was told they were experiencing server problems on their systems.I spoke to a man called Pierre who constantly put me on hold every time I asked a question.I disconnected the call and phoned back about one hour later this time I spoke to a lady who said Pierre was busy and would call me back that was 24 hours ago.I used to work in sales and I think this sort of treatment is beyond belief.I will never.book anything with this company they have no respect for the.people who pay their wages.

The Virgin promotional offer discussed was already reflected within the advertised cruise price, and the additional online discount you queried was only available when completing the booking directly via our website.
