Jemma was really helpful when rearranging our flights from Newcastle instead of Heathrow for our cruise. She was very informative and even found a direct flight from Newcastle to Barcelona instead of going via Heathrow.

Better service required
Service today was better & Janine handled the change to our booking. What is annoying that when you speak to the Customer Service desk about changes to your booking the person says they will call you back & they don't. You then have to make another call to find out what is happening Cruise Nation needs to improve this part of their service.
