Kimberley has been very helpful with flight changes from BA
Kimberley has been very helpful in reorganising the flights for our holiday that were changed by BA. It has taken a lot of thinking on our part because of the changes but Kimberley has been very patient and helpful and come back to us a number of times with different suggestions until the final one suited us. This involved phone calls and emails from Kimberley from customer services at Cruise Nation.

I wanted to find out about transfers…
I wanted to find out about transfers from our cruise port to a airport in Italy and a wonderful Cruise Nation agent Janine Froud went the extra mile to not only find the information we required but contacted several taxi company’s to get a transfer price , plus also speak too the cruise ship company to find out if they organise the required transfer . She succeeded in booking a transfer for our return journey from the cruise terminal to the airport , great customer service , thank you Janine

Reason you got a 1* is your contact. E mailed a few weeks ago then 3 days ago. No reply so I just rang you. Press 2 recorded message then at the end it tells you to press 2 yes you got it. You don’t get to speak to anybody. Well we just booked a cruise with Simplycruises so loss of sale there. We are booked and want information booking HTR-**5690
Based on the time it gets you to reply is based on future bookings.

Ive booked a few times with cruisenation…
Ive booked a few times with cruise nation now. I had some difficulty this time via telephone- you can be on hold for a long time . When I eventually got through i wasnt entirely satisfied with an answer to my query as I didnt think I explained properly so, I wrote an email and I had a lovely prompt reply from a lady called Jemma who sorted out my query no problem. Very polite reply .

Missed our flight
We had a nightmare of a day missing our flights due to no fault of our own. We phoned the assistance number and spoke to Kimberley who was absolutely amazing. She sorted out new flights for us helped with hotel bookings and completely took the worry out of our hands. Well done cruise nation for absolutely perfect customer service. This is the third time we hv used you for booking our cruises and will definitely be and using you again in future. A massive thankyou to Kimberley who telephoned us about 8 times trying to sort things for us and helping to calm me down. First class

First time cruiser
Just booked our very first cruise and have had great service from Scott. He fulfilled our request to add more days on to a cruise & stay, change of hotel, quotes on different cabins available. Once booked I discovered I could’ve applied for a discount. Scott approached MSC who originally declined the request so he tried several other options and his persistence paid off 😊 discount applied retrospectively. Excellent service 5⭐️
