Cue plays better than expected for the price. The only issue is lack of timeframe when customizing.

Website is easy to navigate. Found a stick that was in my price range. Great quality. Shipped out in a timely manner. Was delivered late but that was USPS fault.

less than 2 weeks after order. I am surprised and wish that I could have had one before getting expensive cues! I am playing great with this cheap cue. plays as well or better than my Joss West. thinking about getting a shaft for high end cue.

tryed to return cue and it is very hard for me going to get my money back through pay pal and will leave bad ratings for cue bots.went to the office in Sheriden wy only a front and mailing office.

Incredible, although not a whole lot, but the shaft came a little warped. For a pool player means a lot. Also, but this was my mistake, I ordered the wrong joint type.
I used the typical two set wheel to do the rolling test.

Cue is not what I specified that I wanted and customer service was unable to tell me when it would arrive. The only updates I got were email responses that was generic and that was only after I started commenting on Facebook advertisement

Good fitment..looks great and shoots well..and came pretty quick

I bought two & one of them (the 5/16x18) Did not fit my two 5/16x18 Butts. One Helmstetter, & one Meucci.
They contacted me & want me to do a video That won't really show them anything.
It would be so much easier to send mine back. And I can also send the Butt That I use so they can see for themselves Instead of going through RED tape & wasting my time.

Arrives the carbon cue with dents.. need to replace and waiting for replacement.

I’m trying to understand on making of the cue stick was the reason why it took so long to be delivered. I only assuming that everything was already made but the engraving that was needed. Or you make cue once ordered? If that’s the case you done well. Have not played the cue yet but quality looks like a perfect 10
