We also apologize for the difference in delivery time between the shaft and the butt. The shaft was shipped from our available stock, while the butt was a made-to-order item produced specifically for your order at our factory in Vietnam, which required additional production time before shipment.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear you are enjoying the shaft.

Regarding the shipping time, your order included a shaft with the Mini Qloc joint, which is a specialty configuration with very limited demand in the US market. As a result, this particular item is not stocked locally and ships directly from our manufacturing facility in Vietnam. We understand this results in a longer wait time, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We should have communicated this more clearly at the time of purchase, and we will work on improving transparency around estimated delivery times for items shipped internationally.

As for the protector cap, we appreciate the suggestion and have noted it as valuable feedback for our product team.
