Cue look great. wish i could have got it lighter. I shoot with a 16 oz. Im still breaking in the tip. but shoots great.

Web site is difficult and does not express clarity. It should be made double apparent for the first time user that it’s possible to just order half a stick. Often websites direct a person to think about what else may be desired or needed with a choice of an item. Ex. I ordered a cue but not a butt. When it arrived I realized my mistake and reached out to an email. A phone number would have been appreciated. No one responded, so I tried to order a butt. Then another cue arrived. At this point I reached out again via email. I did finally receive an email stating that I needed to either order butts from Vietnam and wait two to three weeks or pick a set . I picked a set and sent images as I was asked and never heard back. I complained and did hear back from another person, but neither did what I asked and that was to take a personal interest and help me figure out what I wanted based on what you have and my level of play. I still have two cues that I don’t think are very different from each other and no butt. Not to mention I have no idea what I have in terms of the tips level of hardness. I asked that a couple of times as well. I’d like to know how to return these items for a refund .

Cue bots sent the shipment very fast and the 3/8-10 rhino shaft I ordered arrived within a very timely manor. It plays amazingly!

The cue was a gift, we haven;t played yet. maybe this weekend. The cases works fine

You guys sent me the wrong cue...it was the correct style design but yall didn't send me the correct dimensions. I clicked on 11.8mm shaft and 3/8x10 joint. Y'all sent me the standard promo dimensions from the website. I like to keep all of my cues with the same dimensions so I can interchange the shafts and now i have a black sheep that I can't do anything with.

Great pool stick, fast delivery, great color

The cue is fine but the slow and step filled customer service made this a difficult purchase. Being that the company is not in the US, has no phone number you can call, or chat customer service available it makes for difficult communication and resolution of issues.

Is my first carbon fiber, pool cue enjoy playing with it my friends tell me I look relaxed with it extraordinary better spin control. Great job on the tip. Better control of the Cue ball thanks for the great service. Will recommend your company for sure.
