THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE TO DO BUSSINESS WITH, BEWARE. THEY ONLY SENT ME TWO OF MY 4 TIRES SAYING THE OTHERS ARE ON THERE WAY. WEEK LATER YOU GOT TWO MISSING AND THE FIRST TWO WERE WRONG SIZE ORDER. SANDRA WILL NOT HELP YOU SHE ANSWER QUESTIONS TO ADVOID YOU. I RECIVED MY 2 MISSING TIRES AND THEY WERE WRONG SIZE ORDERED. BBB IS GOING TO HEAR ABOUT THIS AND THIS IS BULLCRAP TO SAY THE LEAST. WHEN i ASKED WHO CEO OR OWNER WAS ANSWER WAS JIM HANDSON. I ASKED TO TALKED O HIM AND SANDRA SAID NO DIRECT LINE OR EMAIL HAS TO GO THRU CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY WILL READ IT AND FORWARD IT TO HIM. BOTTOM LINE IS I FIGURED COMPANY KNOWS WHAT i BOUGHT BUT REFUSED TO HONNOR MY BUSSINESS AND SEND ME ANYTHING. BOTTOM LINE MISSED DAY WORK THAT AND iM NOT STAYING HOME CAUSED THEY DONT SEND YO8U WHAT YOU ORDERED. HAVE GIVE THEM 1 STAR BUT SHOULD BE ZERO STARS. NOW I HAVE CONTACT BBB ON THEM FOR MY REFUND.

Had a great experience with this company. Ordered wheel/tire combo. Had great customer service help to ensure fit. Also, Custom Offsets matched price of competitor. Would definitely recommend to others and order from them again!

Izack was very helpful and assisting me in getting the wheel and tire combo that I was looking for. For my 22 F150. Wheels and tires arrived with no damage. Will be doing business with this company again.

This place is absolute trash. Sold me the wrong size tires. Cant speak to any person twice. Get different info from each sales person. Financed through affirm and received my order just about the time the payment is due and the order was wrong. Took almost a month to receive in stock wheels and tires. They call two weeks after order to tell me I need spacers when it should have been disclosed upfront. The return process is twice as bad. Three weeks and I get a partial refund. Affirm kept most of my payment. Sydney the manager has been trying to help but Brittany in returns has made everything a disaster. the shipping company was horrible as well. They completely shit the bed on the entire order and I still cant get anyone to get the refund correct. These people have no business selling custom applications if they don't know what they are doing. Sales staff was polite but no one can answer the same question the same way twice. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY NOR DO I RECCOMMEND THEM! GO ELSEWHERE!

First time buying wheels online, I must admit I was hesitant after surfing the net for a long time I did settle on Custom Offset, look through their inventory save a few, deleted a few, place rims and tires on the cart, hesitated, backed out, a while later started again. Finally with the blessing of the Queen of the house I settle on a set with tires. Nervously I made my choices and pressed submit. Still nervous, set came in all in great condition and well protected. Fit perfectly, looks great, ordering process not complicated, fair price and I would do it again without any hesitation including recommending it to any friend of mine. Just do your do diligence either all required information and go for it.

Reviews of this company are good and my experience was good until an issue came up. You find out the integrity of a business not when things are good, but when issues arise. Custom Offsets did not stand behind their words on an issue that I had. There are many, many retailers out there that will be getting my other business, not them.

Custom Offsets has become just another internet-based sales company. Although the sales associates claim to be knowledgeable, my experience was very disappointing.

I ordered a wheel-and-tire package, but the tires had different tread patterns, and the wheels arrived with the wrong offset in February 2026. By August, the issue still had not been resolved. During my recorded conversations with customer service, I felt that the specialist repeatedly provided misleading information simply to dismiss my concerns.

The TPMS sensors were also installed incorrectly, causing the vehicle to communicate with them only intermittently. The specialist sent me two replacement sensors but required me to pay for the other two. I was never informed that a special scan tool was needed to program them, and Custom Offsets would only authorize $30 per wheel for the replacement service.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Custom Offsets. Be very careful and make sure you fully understand their policies before placing an order.

Horrible and zero customer support, purchased a set of wheels and lugs and chose the option for next day and paid expedite shipping and was told sorry that just an estimate, complete BS. Truck in shop sitting on lift waiting on wheels. Never would have purchased and won't again.

Love my new wheels and tires, look great on my truck. These guys are Awesome I don't think I've ever received anything packaged so well and protected. Received my order faster than estimated. I never spoke with any1 did NOT have too it was that easy to shop and check out DONE!!! They emailed me order is placed and updated the process all the way up til they were delivered. I love they give you the option to receive them mounted and balanced. This my new wheel and tire shop!!!

I ordered a set of Alloy Ion 171 polished rims and a set of Nitto Terra Grappler tires for my 2019 Ford F150. The nice thing about Custom Offsets is you can select if your truck is stock or modified with a leveling kit or a lift, that helps in choosing the correct combination that will fit.

Ordering was straight forward and selection of pretty good so you can find just about anything you want as far as your preference goes for rims and tires.

I do wish they used Gorilla lug nuts, instead they use Vista which are not as good of quality as Gorilla products. The Vistas will work, but I prefer Gorilla so I ordered a set of Gorilla lug nuts for my new wheels.

They were fast at getting the order together and shipped out. They do ship freight so expect it to take about a week to get to you depending on where you are located from their facility. I live in Florida so it was a week for me.

The tires were mounted and balanced and were wrapped securely to protect from damage during shipping.

Over all Custom Offsets is a reputable company that from my experience does things the right way. As far as pricing goes they are competitive price wise with other companies.

I would purchase from Custom Offsets again.

Had a problem with my order (wheels on back order for minimum of 90 days) didn’t want to wait that long so I was given the opportunity to to select a different wheel , they made it easy with one call and the swap was made , should get my wheels and tires now within 2 weeks now

Could not have been easier to deal with!
The rims I bought came super quick and they were packaged really well. I also ordered a new set of lug nuts and they are the perfect price and touch off the new rims perfectly. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Was trying to buy a wheel and tire set. I settled on the rims but was having a problem finding the tire size I wanted. I wanted something beefier, all terrain to make the Land Rover look more off road ready truck then car. I set up my financing but never pulled the trigger as I was worried about buying something that wouldn’t fit. Next day got a text from one of their reps. I called them while I was traveling and told them what I was looking for. Told them I had stock suspension, ok with some rub at full lock, wanted an aggressive tread. He recommended a Radar tie he said he had on his truck. I bought it and waited the 7-10 days. When it showed up it was way too big for my car. No way out would fit without extensive modding, if that. Called to resolve the issue. They asked for pictures which I supplied. I separated the tires but they were still individually wrapped. Got the ok and asked to put back on pallet and if I could wrap them all back together. I did that. Then a couple days of back and forth as it seems that they only check emails once a day. So they say something, I responded. Seems they only check their email once a day because they email me, I respond within the hour, do what they ask, but won’t here back till maybe the next day. So every step is at least a day. Finally I get the pick up scheduled. Good to go. I send an email asking about status and about 5 days after it was sent they said they received the. They said they would have to inspect them and it should be 1 week before they would get back to me! It takes them a week to look at them!?! So here I am a week later, still nothing. I don’t want to put out money for new tires that I need for my inspection until I have this cleared up. Then I have to order the new set ( probably not from them) . So it seems that they have a good reputation but that seems as long as there aren’t any problems. Problems? Your stuck in limbo. Wishing I had just bought something local at this point. Very disappointing….

We bought a muffler , my son reached out before the 30days as there return policy says with no response I finally get a answer 6 months later they cant return the wrong items. Over $600.🤨😖

Very disappointed! I CALLED in ordered a custom wheel and tire package. Was very specific on rim size, offset and tire size. Place the order, receive an email with a confirmation of my order but all the wrong parts. I called back in to tell them they placed the wrong order they said not to worry everything will be taken care of! 2 weeks later… I received the wrong order and only half of my order! Since then, dealing with customer service has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. Getting someone to take ownership of the mistake has been difficult, communication has been slow and inconsistent, and I keep getting passed around without a real solution.
When a company ships the wrong order, I expect them to make it right quickly. Instead, the process has been dragged out, costing me time and creating unnecessary frustration. For a company that specializes in wheels and tires, I expected much better customer service and support.Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Custom Wheel Offsets. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect a fast or hassle free resolution. Or worse a refund!

First and last order with this company. Poor customer service, very unprofessional. Once the product is shipped it’s your problem and cost!

Wheels arrived in perfect condition! The added ceramic coating looks great too! Add in the great price, and the helpful Tech guy I talked to, and it was a very good experience, all the way around!!! Thanks!!!

Second set of wheels I've ordered from Custom Offsets on less than a year. Amazing company with excellent service. I will be loyal customer for life.
