Very efficient and product is just what I ordered with very fast shipping will definitely be ordering very soon for my wife’s vehicle

I ordered a set of rims and tires for my truck from Custom Offsets. After putting them on the truck and did a test drive, I noticed much more vibration than my previous tires. The tires were supposed to be mounted and balanced. Took my truck to a shop and discovered none of the tires were balanced properly and one tire had no bead on the rim, this could have resulted in an accident. The shop where I had my tires rebalanced said they have never seen anything so bad. Custom Offsets did reimburse the rebalancing but never even got an apology. Absolutely unacceptable. Don't shop here, not worth an accident waiting to happen. Edit: While the company has reached out and offered additional reimbursement with an apology ( which was appreciated) things should not have gone this far. The initial contact in regards to the situation was brushed off and dismissed. I sincerely hope that if this should happen to another customer steps will be taken ensure safety and satisfaction.

Ordered a ready lift and everything fit perfect. Made with great quality. Only problem I ran into was clicked on a level kit. First picture was shocks and coil springs. Well I didn’t receive shocks and coil springs and after a deep investigation. I ordered the “wrong” but right kit. Yes it fit, but I was wanting true coils and springs, not a puck and extension. But I had 3 days till the event so we slapped it on. I will repeat once again greatly quality

Cheap tires we couldnt get anywhere else local!

The rims and tires are great. But at delivery they left marks in the blacktop on the driveway as well as cracks.

Great customer service. Called to swap out wheels that were on backorder to something that was in stock. They made everything smooth and easy.

The advertisement was spot on to the product received. Prices were good and the lowest I could find online for them. Shipping was quick and the product was packaged perfectly.

Worst company! Do not trust their website reviews. I made the mistake of believing the 5 star rating on their website when purchasing wheels. After 4 months or carful ownership, all 4 wheels have delaminated. Custom Offsets says I am responsible for purchasing a new set of wheels and mounting. Then I have to pay for dismounting the faulty ones and paying to ship them back. Only after the manufacture inspects the wheels, would I "possibly" receive a refund. This means I am in for almost half the cost of the wheels to correct a faulty product from a manufacture they back. Tell me how this makes sense? After some research through the BBB and other review platforms, come to find out the 5 star rating on their site is completely fabricated. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PURCHASE YOUR WHEELS AND TIRES FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!

Update: Just like all of their responses on here and other sites, this response is dismissive and a way for them to hide behind a faulty warranty policy that allows their owner to flaunt his $50 million dollar car collection online. Once this is resolved, Custom Offsets lost a customer and The Hamilton Collection lost a viewer. Sad!

Update #2: Geena with Customer Service has been a pleasure to work with. Turns out you just have to talk to the right person. We have a plan in place to resolve the issue, but the wheels we are swapping for are on backorder. I will update the score when the loop is fully closed.

Worst experience ever was promised I would get my tires delivered in 4 days and it took 3 weeks and 4 days to get them and there costumer service couldn’t tell me where they were then the shipping company said they were delivered a day before they showed up so assumed they were lost

Fitment issue resulted in a $300 return charge

I purchased approximately $1,024 worth of Vision wheels from Custom Offsets after entering my exact vehicle information, including that my vehicle is a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe. Their website displayed these wheels for my vehicle as “Aggressive Fit.” Vision’s own website also approved these wheels after I entered the same vehicle information, and I retained screenshots documenting that fitment process.

I received the wheels and test fitted one before mounting tires or driving on it. The wheel would not safely clear the factory rear brake caliper. I immediately stopped. Three of the four wheels remain unopened in their original boxes.

I contacted Custom Offsets within six hours of receiving the wheels to report the fitment problem and request a return.

When I contacted Custom Offsets to return the wheels, I was quoted $300 in return/restocking costs on an order of roughly $1,024. That is nearly 30% of the purchase price. Custom Offsets currently states on its website that a restocking fee is “typically 10–25%.”

What concerns me most is not that a fitment database contained an error. Errors happen. My concern is how the company responded after the problem became apparent. My exact vehicle information was part of the transaction, and Custom Offsets specifically displayed the wheels as “Aggressive Fit.” Despite that, responsibility for the fitment issue was placed on me.

In addition, the fitment information on their website was changed before I received their response. The same wheel that had been displayed as “Aggressive Fit” for my vehicle was no longer being presented that way.

Custom Offsets promotes the idea that they will “make it right” when fitment problems occur. At this point, that has not been my experience.

In my case, a wheel that their website displayed as “Aggressive Fit” for my specific vehicle would not clear the factory brakes. I discovered the problem during a simple test fit, contacted the company within six hours of delivery, three wheels were never even opened, and the proposed cost to return the order was $300.

This matter is currently unresolved. I will update this review to accurately reflect how Custom Offsets ultimately handles the situation. I am adding a screenshot verifying fit for my Jeep

Custom offsets called me first thing this morning Geena explained the misunderstanding and was 100% accountable. In addition to a full refund I was offered a discount. So I ordered not only a different set of wheels, but also tires. This company has gained a customer for life. I recommend them highly! I want to personally thank Geena for handling this a professional and true customer service manner. Thank you custom offsets!

Placed an order for 275 65 r 20 was suppose to be delivered on 8/27/26 and was delayed to 8/27/26 then when I got them the were the wrong size tires which mistakes do happen but then I call to let them know they sent the wrong size paperwork was correct but product is not we have a camping trip planned and for Labor Day weekend which is seven days away and still no answer or feedback on what they are going to do I called again just now and they say 24 to 48 hrs for a reply what a joke never will do business here again please be aware.

I’ve bought multiple sets of wheels and tires over the years from them and they never disappoint. Their website makes it easy to find exactly what you need and or looking for, for your ride. Highly recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your ride.

I knew what wheels and tires I wanted so after browsing multiple online and local sellers, Custom Offsets was the only retailer that offered exactly what I needed at a price that was satisfactory. I have a stock pickup but wanted to upgrade to some later model wheels. The galleries were helpful by letting me see similar trucks with the same wheels. Product was sufficiently packaged and arrived on the scheduled date.

Product arrived ahead of time. I was contacted with appropriate questions to make sure the order was correct. The customer experience was professional and expeditious.
