Schedule change +10 hours. I have no answer at all. Return my money
I have no answer at all to my request. I filled the form twice in the website, sent you messages in Facebook, I even tried to call you but had no luck to receive assistance. It was a schedule change of my flight Amsterdam - Prague (+10 hours). I can't agree on this change but HAVE NO OPTIONS to receive Voucher or money refund for my flight. I totally understand all the situation but you haven't answered me for a week already. Shame on you

Never gave us respons from them regarding our three delayed luggage.
We had to buy clothes for two children and two adults at 23.00 hours.
We got our luggages three day after.
Terrible
Booked a return trip to Paris on Czech Airlines. They cancelled the outbound flight from Prague to Paris and have offered no credit voucher, refund or help in getting another flight. The return journey from Paris to Prague is still active, but obviously I can’t fly it if I can’t get to Paris in the first place!
I imagine they will class as a ‘no show’ for the return journey with no reimbursement even though it’s not my fault.
I hope Czech Airlines goes bankrupt
After they cancelled my tickets, they are neither giving me refunds, nor any kind of voucher.
Just because I booked through agent and not on their website.
Abusive luggage policy
When traveling with my luggage and a small laptop bag, they tried to charge me 45€ and force me to put one of them in the hold.
They stated that this policy is clearly mentioned when you but the flight but I disagree. It was not clear and it's completely unfair.
The laptop bag fits under the seat so, it's not a matter of space but a trick to scam users.
The ironic part is that I was able to put my laptop bag inside the luggage and they didn't have problems me carrying my laptop and a book inside the plane.
When I bought the ticket, another Airline (Brussels Airlines) had same prices on the same route and almost identical schedules. It's clear which airline I will fly with next time.
Changing flight date with no option of help
As other have experienced, Czech Airlines did not only change my flight time, but put me on a completely different flight on a different day - so I was to fly home a day earlier. When changing the flight date so suddenly, they should offer re-accommodation or a full refund, but they simply referred to it as "a simple reaccommodation" with no option of help. Furthermore, they still sold tickets from the original flights I was going on, so they might have sold my original tickets to someone else for a higher price. After a month, I still haven't managed to get a reply, and my trip is coming up soon. Horrible customer service, will definitely never use this airline again.
I arrived 2 1/2 hours before my Flight
I arrived 2 1/2 hours before my flight. Checked my bag and got a boarding pass. Flight was scheduled to depart at 9:30am. I arrived at the gate at 9am and waited. Saw the display boards and all indicated I was in the correct gate. Then it showed that the flight was delayed until 9:50am. I waited even longer and it was past 10am when I decided to start checking the motioned again, but the flight was no where to be found. Called Czech airlines and they advised that the flight had departed and it was my fault. However they were unable to confirm if the gate changed. They said the next flight would be until 11 hours later. I asked to be booked on it. The customer representative then advised that I would be charged $128, for the missed flight. I advised her I wouldn’t pay for it since it was not my fault. There was no announcement of a gate change, no announcement on the delay nor did they call my name.
I would definitely NOT recommend flying with them. Avoid them at all cost. You might pay a bit more with other airlines such as KLM or Lufthansa, but go through them instead of Czech Airlines. If I could give them a zero I would!
Ændrede flyafgang med 1 1/2 døgn uden varsel!
Bestilte og betalte en rejse til Prag i oktober 2019 - rejsen skulle foregå i januar 2020. Pludselig kom en mail i min inbox i starten af december, hvor Czech Airlines oplyste, at man havde flyttet min afgang fra København med 1 1/2 døgn!!! Ingen oplysninger om hvordan jeg kunne annullere, få mine penge tilbage osv. Herefter måtte jeg ringe til Tjekkiet og efter noget bøvl blev det lovet, at billetten ville blive annulleret.
Elendig service og fulgte ikke reglerne om at tilbyde ombookning eller penge retur. Finder et andet flyselskab fremover
Family roundtrip to Prague flying with…
Family roundtrip to Prague flying with Czech Airlines just got a whole lot more expensive. First I'm notified (a month after initial booking) that the incoming flight to Prague has a new timeslot (delayed by 11 hours). Then shortly after, I get another notification that our returnflight has been rebooked 24 hours - even though they are still selling tickets to the flight we got removed from (at a higher price ofocurse)! So now I have to rebook (with another airline obviously) or extend our hotel for 1 night (reluctant to do so, because who knows, Czech Airlines might change our flights again).
First and last time I'll be booking anything through Czech Airlines.
Customer NON-service
After lodging a claim form for damaged luggage I have received an automated response/acknowledgment. It is 6 weeks now and several emails I have sent to find out about any progress of my claim but I have received no reply. The call centre stated that they do not deal with damaged luggage claims. Will I receive a reply one day...this year...next year...?
Having booked flights using expedia…
Having booked flights using expedia through Czech Airlines, I was contacted within a week or two to state that the return flight had been cancelled and offered an alternative flight. I then received an email 2 months later to state that my flight had been cancelled without any explanation.
I then called Czech Airlines who said they would not speak with me as it was booked through Expedia. In calling Expedia, they advised me there was no alternative but to give me a refund. I had no choice but to accept this, only to be told it will take up to 12 weeks for me to get my money back! In challenging this and stating that I expected a an immediate refund or a maximum of 1 week, they advised me that this will not happen. Why? Because they advised me that my money had been sent to Czech Airlines and they cannot refund me until Czech Airlines had refunded them!! Disgraceful. I made the booking with Expedia, so they should refund me. Czech airlines should have already refunded Expedia as they cancelled my flight. Why is it I have to chase for my own refund and why is this going to take up to 12 weeks! Am I a bank that loans money to organisations? Book with either of these organisations at your peril!

I booked and paid for flights and a hotel for a few of us for my dads 60th birthday surprise.
Outgoing and incoming flights were booked and paid for separately as it was cheaper.
Czhec airlines cancelled my return flight and would not re- book me on another!!! I could not get any money back for hotel or outgoing flight so am having to spend an extra £600!!!!!!!!!! My refund can take up to 12 weeks!!

Worst airline I ever flew with, flights always delayed causing massive chaos for customers which loose connections or car hire slots ,resulting in penalties which Czech Airlines should be compensating but instead they just ignore customers complain emails.Do not recommend to anyone and avoid at any price if you can.

terrible customer service
Customer service is super bad, they refunded my ticket after I specifically asked them not to do it, as I won't receive the full amount. Hang up on me a few times. Favourite sentence - we can not help you, madam. I had a feeling I was speaking with the robots, I do understand you have a script of what to say to your customers, but this time you over did it.

I am really displeased with the way Czech Airlines mismanaged my flight today and denied me a seat I had booked and paid for almost a month ago.
I had my boarding pass in hand and just before my amazed eyes, I was asked very rudely to step aside while two other passengers were given way and let on the plane. My calls for help - and later cries of frustration - got nowhere. Instead I was asked to take a flight the next day! I tried to explain that I had to be at work the next day to no avail.
The people from your airlines kept me waiting for almost two hours before sending me to the residence next to airport with food vouchers!
I am now feeling desperate and upset and experiencing serious panic attacks as I am not sure what is going to happen tomorrow. It seems to me that I have been trapped here in Prague and there is absolutely nothing I can do.
Who is going to compensate for all the emotional distress and professional as well as financial loss I am bearing?
