Not happy with the online account at…
Not happy with the online account at all as it is very difficult to understand and keep track of any orders and charges and makes you wonder if you are being scammed.
On a positive, you can at least speak to someone about this and you do actually receive the goods.
Damart team - It should be easy to see what has been bought so that I can keep track of things that my elderly family have ordered.

great choice of goods good prices lots of different sizes but would prefer free delivery options rather than free gifts which don't always arrive & are often not required

My order was delayed and delivered today, 27 August
My order was delayed and was delivered today by Evri who are SLOW. The jeans were not suitable as they arrived too late and the fabric was markedly different to what I had bought before in the same style. Denim was too heavy and I returned the parcel this afternoon at Richmond Post Office. I would like a refund for this purchase. I would point out that Evri's current driver for my area is slapdash and parcels are being dumped outside the building - this is the second such occurrence in the past week or more.

Damart's Ageless Products
Damart's website and catalogue are very well presented, classic and attractive ladies wear and accessories. Very prompt updates on status of theorders. Customer Service is excellent. I have been wearing Damart's clothing for over 20 years and they are still fresh looking and fashionable. The free gifts are always delightful and goes very well with my wardrobe. Delivery has never been a problem. I highly recommend their varied range of products that appeal to all ages and gender.

Damart Catalogue. I stopped using Damart a long while…
I stopped using Damart a long while ago, but they recently sent me a catalogue and I ordered a pair of boots for which I paid £3.99 delivery. I returned the boots as not a good fit. Now I am expected to pay another £3.99 for the return. It used to be free returns but it seems no longer. I will not be using them again.

Was very happy with my order, problem was courier - Evri
Was very happy with my order, when it arrived. The problem wasn't with Damart or the item I'd ordered, it was with Damarts choice of courier. As is expected Evri once again failed, I contacted Evri after giving more than enough time for delivery, of course having a 'conversation ' with a bot. I left request for callback, knowing from bitter experience with Evri I would never get a call. I received email saying they could see the parcel hadn't moved for days, very perceptive of them, and this would be investigated. Next day another email saying parcel still hadn't moved, a search would be started. On the Monday (11 days after ordering ) I contacted Damart , they contacted Evri, as a result Evri informed me on the Thursday, that the parcel was too damaged to deliver, they would return it to Damart. To be fair to Damart they immediately dispatched a replacement parcel which arrived from Evri on the Saturday, with several holes and tears in thr package. Experience of shopping with Damart definitely marred by Evri.
