Scam old people do not use. My nan brought a jacket from this place returned it to get a different size they told her she would receive a refund in 3 weeks she was charged for both jackets. It's been over 3 weeks so my nan called up yesterday explained the situation and they kept saying she hadn't been charged but it was black and white on my nans bank statement she's been charged twice kept. Your number costs money to call up so my nan is even more out of pocket because your staff don't know how to do their jobs properly to finally tell her she was charged twice and now she hasn't to wait another 2 weeks. Awful customer service never shopping here again.

Real muck up…
I had a wrong item in my parcel instead I only got one of my items the invoice was correct but only one of mine. They sent me my missing one but left me with the wrong one. Rang and said it would be sent back that was 21st July rang lots of times but they never came plenty of messages with when they are coming but never did so I kept ringing to Damart for new dates it was collected on 13 August on my account is at least 4 £3-99 for collection that didn't go and was ensured I would not be charged as it was a mistake without the telephone phones. This morning I had 25 messages saying the same thing we are collecting your parcel. I think something is really wrong

I think I've already submitted this feedback but as you keep on asking me to do so I'll continue to warn other people....Quality of the fabric of the throw was very disappointing (tho the design was beautiful). Delivery followed instructions re safe place but didn't first engage brain by ringing the doorbell. If the courier had done so I'd have refused to accept the parcel as it was so thin that I immediately knew that the quality would be unacceptable. No more Damart online for me - or any company that uses Evri. Not worth the hassle.

Floral dress
I have purchased this dress in the navy three times .I love the style and length and colour of this dress because it's not too short and comfortable on.
The problem is the material is rubbish and starts to go fluffy after a couple of wares and more so after washing.I can't afford to keep buying it just because I like it so I think it's the last one I will be purchasing.
