Premium numbers for customer enquiries.
I recently contacted Damart by phone to ask if I could still get a certain style. The assistant was quite helpful. What I didn't realise until the bill came in was that the customer services line is a premium rate number. 13p per minute. I'm not impressed.

Damart - clothes at reasonable prices
Damart have some nice clothes at reasonable prices. I particularly like their everyday jumpers.
The only criticism I have is the sizing. I am a 16 in most makes, but I have to buy 18 from Damart.

My order took over 2 weeks to arrive…
My order took over 2 weeks to arrive which was not ideal especially as order was for a certain occasion. Due to lateness it did not arrive in time which meant I had to buy something different from a different retailer. I dont think i would use Damart again
