I ordered 2 pairs of slip on shoes
I ordered 2 pairs of slip on shoes. Shoes were bulky, too big and the material was coarse which was uncomfortable. Sadly I had to keep one pair because an insole I used to try to make that pair fit marked the inside of the shoes and I felt I couldn't return them.

A couple of items had to be returned as they just did not suit me. I usually keep everything I order so was a little disappointed with my choices.

They said I had to pay for items I…
They said I had to pay for items I hadn’t payed for even though I had but the items they said I hadn’t payed for they were getting more money then the. Items come to had to pay it as they would not leave me alone even though I already payed for the items these items that they are demanding money for are the10th of February so they decided to wait 6 months before demanding the money then they reply to my message they say they will look in to it so give them my account details and they still demand the money do not go with damart you might get a bill for items you have already payed for with more on top also there is no way you can close your account online which is wrong totally sham company

Exchanged original shoes for a size smaller
Ordered shoes for my wife however they were too big so returned them for a size smaller, an easy exercise, replacement ones arrived and fitted perfectly

Your alteration in sizes is still big…
Your alteration in sizes is still big issue and returns not free like other companies I use but trousers / jeans fine. Some of your tops etc don’t look good quality for the price.
