We had excellent service from Antony when we were in the store yesterday.
Very helpful and explained everything to us about the 2 seat recliner we purchased .

Customer service employee Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable. All staff members encountered were also very courteous and welcoming.

A perfectly painless and reasonably enjoyable experience only soured by the order confirmation being emailed to us showing things we were only told would be "handed over" and "installed by the delivery team" turning out to be costed additions. We were never informed these needed to be bought, the implication was they were included in the delivery price which feels disingenuous.
Also the insurance - only taken due to the amount of tech now on the product - was taken because we were told it would be unlimited claims, we were never told this is only to the value of the product. This could be eaten in two visits as they set the call out charges. Again we feel this wasn't made clear enough.

Given that the delivery charge is non negotiable - this should be included in the price as the price is then misleading

I had the best experience today at the Ayr store . I was served by Marty McFly who was excellent. He was so helpful and informative but I never felt pressurised to buy . His pleasant manner definitely helped in me making my decision to buy . A great person to have as a sales person .

Staff allowed us space to browse without feeling pressured to buy, when we eventually made a decision of which sofa set to buy the sales assistant was extremely helpful and informative and guided us through the process without any hassle

The overall experience was very positive. Staff were polite, welcoming, helpful. Anthony in particular introduced himself and let us know he was available to answer any questions. Customer service was very good and at point of sale, Anthony answered any questions and explained everything fully. He had an excellent manner and was very approachable, as were all of the staff on site. All were friendly yet unobtrusive, allowing us time to browse without feeling pressure. All in all a very good experience.

The lady who served us was helpful , knew what she was talking about and gave us a run down on choices for my couch and the prices . She was chatty smiling and her customer service was 10 out of 10 .

The delivery drivers are very carful and take great care when delivering products.
They build it all up for you and take everything away with them normally.

When we arrived at showroom we were left to stroll around at our leisure browsing and trying out the sofas & chairs. Then we were asked if we needed any assistance. This time let us discuss the pros & cons of each item. By the time a sales person approached we had mostly made our minds up which sofa we were leaning to. A lovely lady sales assistant helped us to finalise. The whole process was very pleasant at DFS Heathfield.
