I made the mistake of ordering a coffee maker from another Irish company and 2 weeks later they were still processing my order and wouldn't answer emails or the phone. So i cancelled my order and ordered my machine from Dominic Smith.
The order was placed on Monday, the delivery arrived on Thursday, The delivery driver waa very polite.
I have bought many items from Dominic Smith over 20 years both online and in store and they are a pleasure to deal with.
I'll be back as a customer.

I got watch on black friday. Few days later I got a call to say that it's out off stock. Had to buy else where for more expensive price. Not happy at all

Bought a dryer and Samsung washing machine 1y 6 months ago ,The clothes started coming out wetter than they were going into the dryer ,I was just out of warranty. Couple of weeks later the washing machine started making a very load noise ,Made the complaint Dominc smiths and they told me they couldn't ring Samsung cause they don't have a direct line .The machine was still in warranty it took them 3 days to log the complaint ,But I had already rang Samsung myself with no issues getting through, The delayed logging left me without a machine for over a week and then was told there was no technical support to come out to my area so are now sending a new machine but don't when ,I bought the machine of Dominic Smiths and expected them to solve the issue but they had no customer service at all and kept trying to pass the buck on . I asked to speak to a manager on 2 separate occasions "I'm still waiting! I will never return to that shop again.

Our tumble dryer ceased functioning, so we visited a couple of local electronics stores searching for a replacement.
Ended up at Expert Dominic Smith in Gorey where we found an LG dryer that was €200 cheaper than everywhere else in Ireland.
It was delivered for free the very next day, the delivery driver should not have been more helpful.
So we went from needing a new dryer to using our new dryer in less than 24 hours.
