Door Handle Company Avaliações

Great service, prompt delivery, all items delivered matched our order, all in perfect condition

I emailed explaining the kind of handles & rim locks that I was looking for but needed to make sure that they were suitable for both left and right door handing.
I quickly received an email back with suitable options & felt very informed & confident in what I was ordering. The package arrived a few days later & I was very happy with the quality of the product. Thank you.

Easy to use website, easy ordering process and quick delivery of the door handles, which are good quality. Would use this company again.

Good quality handles, a great selection to choose from and quick delivery. Just make sure that you read, check and confirm exactly what you are paying for, carefully.

Excellent service fast delivery Mel on chat was very helpful

Great website and fast delivery with quantity goods

My partner bought some door knobs - SB2107PB - Spira Brass Cottage Mortice/Rim Door Knob 50mm - order 258225 - only to discover they are not 50mm, but 45mm (sent pictures to prove). Upon contacting the seller, was advised that the supplier admitted they are actually 48mm - another lie as they are actually 45mm. Asked for some sort of discount, as they are not worth £32.54 each (bought 7 of them). Customer service is appalling, messages are not pass through, you call, you speak with someone else, nobody knows anything. Asked to speak wit the manager, got no success. i was told she is going to call back or at least email, that didn't happen! I don't know how a company can get away with this kind of behaviour. Basically, they take your money and just ignore you if there is an issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never use them again!

I've used this company before, earlier this year.
The range of products is fantastic & ordering is really easy.
The handles were delivered within a week of ordering & everything was perfect.
Will definitely use the company again.

Excellent service and product.
Melanie in Customer Service was brilliant. Thank you.

We bought the Fortessa achilles door handles in antique bronze for 8 oak doors we had newly installed and they look absolutely stunning! Really over the moon with the handles they are definitely the finishing touch and highly recommend as being something very special! Also helpful friendly staff and quick delivery! Top notch!

the handles are fantastic, just what i was looking for, however i ordered ones with a latch so the door could be locked, not what i received!.
unable to wait for a replacement i had to use, and i now have to look for a latch that will go with the design of the room.

Very pleased with the quality of the door knobs. The online ordering process was easy and to receive them by next day delivery was amazing.
