Lovely handles
Lovely handles. I bought samples initially but have yet to have postage refunded. I had 4 too many cup handles and needed to return them for a refund and ordered 4 x knobs to replace. No refund, discussed both refund issues with a customer service rep so your system doesn’t seem to work.

Great products at reasonable price.
Very reasonable prices and acceptable delivery charges. A bit hit and miss on delivery details. Got a notification on the first order but not for the second order. But delivery times were within the stated timeframe.

Poor Delivery Timescales
Your delivery timescales were ridiculous for such a straight forward order.
Also there was no communication from DHC to confirm why the delay.
Ironmongery Direct for all future orders I'm afraid.
