Creating a new look
After much research, I opted for some black round and large (!) door knobs for my soon-to-be renovated fitted wardrobes. These came very quickly, well packaged and matched the description and photos perfectly. The size is great (I wasn't sure 😀) and there's a weight to them which is lovely..they feel substantial. I couldn't stretch to wrought iron and these are an excellent second choice.

Resposta da Door Handle Company
Hi Neil,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your order arrived later than expected. Our Express 24 service refers to the courier method used once your order has been dispatched, not a guaranteed next-day delivery from the time of order. As stated in our Delivery Information, our normal delivery times are 2 to 5 working days, depending on stock and order time.
Your order was placed on 28 October and delivered on 3 November, which is within our usual delivery range.
If an order is required urgently, our Customer Service Team are available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm via phone or live chat and will always do their utmost to progress a delivery for you.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you again in the future.
Kind regards,
Shelley Finch
