Advertised product at a low price but wouldn't honour it even though product was in stock and no suggestion that the price advertised was a mistake.
Dortech advertised a product I needed in stock at a low price, order was placed & paid for with courier delivery, then 4 days later (!) Dortech cancelled order with reason given 'due to severe price increases we are unable to supply'. The same product is now on sale at a significantly higher price, but they wouldn't honour the original advertised price.
No suggestion they made a mistake with the original price, so going to report to trading standards for misleading advertising.
Steer well clear of this store if you want a product delivered in a timely fashion at the advertised price, especially if the price advertised is significantly lower than the competition.

We’re sorry that you’re unhappy with your experience. As previously explained via email, due to a sudden and significant increase in supplier pricing, we were unable to fulfil your order at the originally listed price. As a result, your order was cancelled and a full refund was issued promptly.
While the product is now available on our website at an updated price, this reflects the revised cost from our supplier. We appreciate this may be frustrating; however, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing or supply issues arise.
This matter has been fully addressed, and the refund has been completed.

Very poorly packaged spaghetti
Very poorly packaged so multiple rolls of foam tape loose in box had unraveled in to a spaghetti mess.

Ordered Metolux metoset as it had good reviews and feedback online.

UPVC Cleaner
I bought this spray which was advertised as a cleaner for upvc. It was in fact a silicon spray to aid sliding doors and windows but had no effect on upvc. Probably fine for its intended purpose but useless as a cleaner.

Good price and well packed product - just what I needed. Slightly let down with delivery date - had not arrived 5 days after the date. So I rang up and the procust appeares two days later. After buying a hand glass lifting sucker I was immediately received a email saying due to suppliers it will take 3 weeks to arrive . I had to phone doortech direct after the 3 weeks for a update and the said it could take another 4 weeks to arrive .very poor communication with customers and a very poor service.
