Doves Farm Foods Avaliações

Bittersweet experience. I ordered 3 x 1.5kg of breadflour. Upon delivery the package was crushed rendering all packages split and the loss of flour was vast.
Doves farm was very polite and understanding and promptly sent out a replacement batch. However, due to lack of packaging support and cushioning the new order wasn't in good shape.
Doves farm have very good products but I think they need invest in more packaging options to prevent loss of products.

As an amateur, but frequent, baker I appreciate that I can buy the quantities I need (large or small) from such a reliable and prompt supplier. The speciality flour options provide lots of choice too.

Always reliable service and flours that are second to none.

Flour makes tasty nutritious bread.
Delivery quick.

Ordered 8 bags of flour. Only 4 arrived with a note in the delivery note to say 4 to follow. When I ordered they were all in stock but when I check their website after delivery they are now out of stock. So they are selling more than they have in stock. Already waited 3 working days for delivery and now got to wait in undefined amount of time to get the rest of the order. No email or message to advise they were out of stock - you also have to wait 3 working days for a response from them after using the contact us form. The worst customer service - terrible company.

I bought the product based on the information that it will not cause a spike in blood sugar but found out otherwise

Good variety of flours I especially like the ancient grains that make wonderful bread and both savoury and sweet dishes. The recipes provided on the website are also varied and interesting. Prices are good and there are also good deals to be had at regular intervals. This has been my favourite site for products and recipes for some years and I am happy to recommend.

Great product, fast dispatch

I recommend to all my friends and the friends I bake for keep asking for more
The best flour for the very best results. Fast delivery direct from Doves.
I don’t use anything else ❤️

Doves Farm organic flour is excellent and value for money, especially when there are offers. the website is easy to use and the delivery by DPD works well. Good communication by both Doves Farm and DPD re orders/despatch and delivery

Great choice of quality organic flowers. Good prices and fast reasonably priced delivery with DPD. The ancient grain flowers make a really tasty loaf

Next day delivery of all my favourite unusual flours. And all organic too

I've been buying the same spelt flour weekly for quite a while now, but for the past month, every single bag has been rancid. It's completely thrown off my baking — the smell, the taste, everything is wrong. I've already had to get refunds from Tesco twice, but it's frustrating having to waste time, ingredients, and effort. Sort it out, please.

Lovely tasting biscuits, and the self raising flour is great for baking. Have been ordering from Doves Farm for years and have always been very pleased with all your products.

I had a query about rice spaghetti. It was dealt with immediately.
2 days later complimentary pasta arrived.
Great company who obviously value their customers

Very good products but ordering from their website is practically impossible and contacting them to let them know strictly impossible ( you need an order number ). Not customer oriented, sadly because the products are great. Buy in shops or Amazon. DF will lose a large part of their margin but you will get their products.

Lovely flour, Prompt delivery

Quick delivery and a great range of quality products

I cancelled my order as per my statutory rights. A kind lady called Amanda had corresponded by email and confirmed the order is cancelled, I cancelled before my order had been dispatched.
Sent email regarding my funds to return, but no reply.
