They sent me the wrong size and will only send me the correct size if i pay them again! They refuse to refund me my money even though they made the mistake. Absolute nightmare. Don't use them or you will regret it.

A mes compatriotes français, j'ai tenté l'aventure dress we et je vous la déconseille, j'ai trouvé très peu de feed back sur ce site pour la france alors j'y remédie.
1° - prévoir des frais de douane, ( ok on acheté a l'étranger on le sait) cependant dress we déclare une valeur supérieure au prix a laquelle vous avez payé l'article. Donc des frais de douane plus important pour nous ( conspiration??) 2°- j'ai commandé un collier qui était décliné en plusieurs colorie, je l'ai commandé couleur or je l'ai reçu en noir, quand j'ai demandé à rectifier l'erreur on m'a dit qu'il n'existait qu'un colorie que c'était une erreur du site, erreur non corrigée à ce jour.
3°- j'ai commandé une robe qui n'était pas du tout conforme a la photo du site et qui en plus était déchiré. Quand j'ai voulu renvoyé le colis, mon interlocuteur dress we a fait trainé les choses à raison d'un mail par jour ou par deux jours en me proposant une réduction de 10$ dans un premier tant pour acheter un autre article, puis 20$ . Quand j'ai expliqué que cette somme était dérisoire au vu des préjudices et que je voulais être remboursé en totalité comme indique la politique de leur entreprise, mon interlocuteur atout fait pourpre dissuader , mettant en avant les frais de transport et de douane que je devrais payer.
Après avoir finalement renvoyé le colis, j'ai du les contacter car à la réception du colis je n'ai eu aucun retour.
A ma demande de remboursement il ne veulent me rembourser que partiellement et une somme dérisoire , alors que l'erreur est de leur faite. De plus il me propose des sommes en USD qui ne correspondent nullement a la valeur que j'ai payer en euro! Ils prennent vraiment les gens pour des imbeciles.
A vous de vous faire votre avis mais ne dites pas que vous n'avez pas été prévenu ...


Leaving in france i wanted to try the dress we adventure
1°- they declare the custom service more than the price you paid your item so you got more to paid custumfee
2°- i ask for a gold color necklace they send it in black saying that it´s the only color they got it, and that is a mistake of the web site proposing other color
3°- dress dress i buy was different than the picture on the web site and ripped, when i ask to send back the items because could not using them, they try to take time to make me keep it, proposing me $10 then 20$ refund to buy another dress...
When i send back the item they never said they get it and wait until i get back to them. And now don't want to give me back my money, and trying to give me price in USD to not giving me the real value i paid in euro!
That is inacceptable , they have no respect for the custumers, i regret so much, be carefull they are not a serious web side

Worst ever! I ordered a beautiful silver dress for a wedding.
They shipped the WRONG dress, in the wrong colour, in the wrong size. (It's a vomit pink off the shoulder thing.)
Spent a month back and forth emailing . They wanted photos, I sent a TON, including on of me attempting to squish into the vomit.
I took pictures of my invoice, took a screen capture of the right dress, Sent EVERYTHING.
I get emails back saying " we're sorry you don't like the dress you ordered, and we cant see the photos"
I didn't ORDER this dress. Of course I don't like it. No one likes it. it's hideous.
Funny, you're the only ones that can't open the email, that can't see the photos. I've sent them to a lot of others with you cc'd on it. No one else has an issue.
I really wish I'd have listened to the reviews before ordering.

Do not, and I repeat, do not buy from this site. The sizes are not what they claim and then they make it impossible to return. Quality is low. If you look at the 5 star reviews, they are all internal. English written poorly. They are a bunch of crooks.

Waited quite a long time for delivery - 3 weeks. Emailed after two with no response when I asked for them to track my order. I had no email telling me they had been dispatched.

The shoes were sent in the wrong size and were poorly made. The back slants in too far and does not match the shape of the leg and heel. Unwearable. £62 not well spent at all. Now trying to get them to reply so that I can return and be refunded..

Worst. Site. Ever!! I bought six dresses through this site for prom. One arrived within one month and fit nice. The next one arrived in six weeks and had problems with uneven hem, and loose threading throughout. The next one arrived in seven weeks and fit nice. The fourth one arrived in eight weeks and was not as nice as the one on the website. The fifth arrived over two months after the order was placed - after prom. The sixth, well, after two months I wrote and told them to forget it, so I got a refund. Worst customer service. They would respond promptly if there was a sale to be made and always sent the same kind of 'fill in the gap' response, but no real answer. After two months, and sending photos of the one damaged dress, they refuse to refund my money for it because it is too late! Then, when I send an email complaining, I get a very prompt response from them about my 'american mouth'!

Don't be fooled by the pretty photos and cheap prices like I was! This is a Chinese sweat shop. And, please note that almost every Five Star review is written in choppy English. Hmmmm? Wonder who is writing these reviews. Perhaps they should be at the sewing machine or post office instead of writing fake reviews.

Dress is very nice, but the delivery was too slow, I've been waiting for almost half a month!! But the dress is in customized, which fits me very well

I bought a dress for a masquerade ball. The dress arrived on time and everything and the site was replying to my queries about delivery time. When the dress arrived it had several glue stains on it. I emailed them to request some money back since I would have to pay for the dress to be dry cleaned. They offered me $10 of the $142 dollars I had paid for the dress. This was not enough to cover dry cleaning it. I then replied saying that that offer was not enough and that I wanted to return the dress for a full refund so I could get a different one. They did not reply to this email or the next few emails I sent regarding this matter. I finally got some money back but only because I contacted them through paypal and they eventually agreed to give me $50 back. If you are going to use this site, MAKE SURE YOU PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. I also got an invoice for another $50 dollars from the delivery company for the import costs which were a lot higher than I had anticipated. I wouldn't recommend this website and I won't be using it again.

My wife ordered her party dress here, in custom size. So we can't return it back after just once wear. I think that's not very good for me. I PAID FOR IT!!

I ordered 3 items last month, the total amount exceeding $128, shipping is free. But I received only one dress after 2 weeks, I contacted customer service and was asked to pay for the shipping of the 2 missing items if I still want them. I placed a dispute with paypal and I am still waiting.... no answer from dresswe since 3 weeks!!!!
Moreover the dress I received was very disappointing, it does not fit despite custom made. They cut the hips area too high and since this is a mermaid dress, there is an excess of cloth on top of the hips. It is too tight at the hips and thighs I cannot move nor sit. the measurement at the hips is 2cm less than the measurement I gave. I sent them photos for a dispute but was told that the dress was fine and acceptable to them, to please keep the dress and to make adjustments... Unfortunately this cannot be done since no the dress is tight and not loose, there is no space to do so!!!! The stitches are loose and ribbon roughly cut as if done by a child.... Very cheap quality!! DO NOT BUY ON DRESSWE... PROFESSIONAL CHEATERS!!!!!

Dresswe reply after I posted review and gave me a tracking number but missing items never came to destination!!!! Instead it was delivered to the seller in Guangzhou!!!!!!! Sent them an email three days ago, they do not answer back!!!!!

You will get a dress that does NOT look like the picture, shoddy sewing and doesn't sit properly. They will NOT refund your money.

I bought a dress that is too small. I am trying to return the dress and I have sent 4 emails in the last 5 days and no response as of yet. The website states that to return you must contact customer service, no instructions other than that are given for returning. Also, live chat is not active on the website, so that is not an option. I have tried calling the number listed and have had no luck. I think I have learned an expensive lesson

I placed an order yesterday and realize that I mistakenly select the wrong color. Sent 2 email messages with no response back . Also, there is no live chat even though it is listed on the web site. The telephone number is not an 800.

I've tried many times to contact dress we.com but I never got an answer.
I ordered a bridal jacket and was really disappointed about the material and quality, so I wanted to give the article back. Since then, 2 month later, I never received an answer or of course didn't get my money back!
I recommend not buying anything from Dresswe.com!
They won't help you if you have a problem.

As I live internationally I was please of how easy and quickly the ordering process was. I received my dress within 3 weeks of ordering and the quality of the dress is very high.

I've tried MANY times to contact dress we.com both by phone and email. I talked to two people who told me they would read my emails and get back to me right before they hung up on me and nothing happened. Not even an acknowledgement that they received the email. I was friendly in my attempt to make my problem clear all they would say was they would check the email

My daughter's dress was made too small, we gave dimensions and it came to us 1-4 inches too small in the waist area first of all because the entire waist section was put in upside-down and second because they brought it in too much. I sent pictures of the problem and no one did anything.

We needed this dress right away for her Prom, so after two weeks of no help, I had to have it altered and had to pay $40 to have it done on top of the $120 I paid to Dresswe.com

I highly recommend NOT buying anything from Dresswe.com! They won't help you if you have a problem.

Bought 2 pairs of sandals and I was very disappointed on the appearance and quality of both; they put it on big discount but even with the discounted price is not even worth the price even half of its discounted price, especially it's a brand less product plus extremely poor quality, I was planning to return it but it might even cause me more hassle. They are trying to attract their customers by putting attractive pictures.

I bought a dress and paid for it. Two days later they told me it is out of stock. The funny thing is that it is still available at their website now. I asked a refund an they keep telling me to pick something else which I do not want to do. Tey forced me to escalate this into a PayPal claim. Do not deal with them.

I ordered a pair of shoes and it took a month to get here. When i finaly did get them they were too big and VERY poorly made and looked nothing like the picture, when i try to email them for return information it doesnt let me send the email, the submit button doesnt send, I tried calling them and imagine that....its always busy! you cannot get a hold of these people! looks like im stuck with a pair of crappy shoes! this site wouldnt even get a one star!!!!

Hello, i ordered 3 dress at dresswe and paid my order by paypal via "check out with paypal". But at this moment, i didn't have an account on dresswe yet. So actually i can't have any info about my number order or delivery shipping. The only info i have is my number of my transaction in paypal with dresswe. I don't know what happens now, that my order is accepted or not..? They are always busy and didn't respond me yet . Ps: my number transaction in paypal is 4JG36312AD240913B
