My order tracker hasn't been updated since the DAY that I ordered the dress. I'm extremely upset over this fact and I want to speak to someone ASAP. I want my dress to arrive sometime soon, like the estimated delivery says it'll arrive. My order number is 127112.

I ordered my first dress online and I chose this site because I had read the reviews about how good the quality was compared to how cheap the dresses were. Obviously at first I was nervous and anxious that either my dress wouldn't be as good quality or if it would come in at all. I ordered it March 4th, 2014 after 3 weeks of waiting I had sent a couple messages with pretty quick replies. Finally, On April 2nd 2014 I received my dress It seems like a long time but when I looked at it I understood why it took as long as it did. the quality was amazing and The color was fantastic very vibrant and bright, it also came with a bra on the inside that fits so well, my only complaint was that for the preset sizes the length is too long for me...but I am so excited for my senior prom and I recommend this site to anyone....And for those who haven't ordered before please just be patient because it will be worth it.

Excited making my online purchase, I couldn't wait until it arrived at my house. Surprisingly, it didn't take long to arrive at all; being that it was coming from Asia. About 10 - 12 days which is a decent amount of time. However, I will say, I went online to read to the reviews after my product didn't show up after 7 days and got a little nervous. I was wondering if I made a mistake from ordering from DressWE. I read stories about horrible customer service and how it almost took 3 weeks for someone to get their order. So, I contacted DressWE via e-mail but no response. Anyway, after both of my packages came (separately) I was happy with my purchase. I would have given DressWE 5 stars if they responded to my e-mail but I think it's a system error on their end. I hope this review helps you as I am a happy customer of DressWE now. Just keep in mind, you're ordering from overseas so it may take longer than 7 days for your package to arrive. But whatever you order, I hope you are happy with your purchase as I was with mine.

I emailed them 3 times and the number i called isn't even a real number. I ordered my dress February 27 and still no word on the whereabouts of the dress.

I placed an order on 2.17.14. Have never received an email confirmation nor status update of my order.Site says sub order created and awaiting delivery as of 3.5.14 but no additional information since then. I've sent several emails and no response. This is very poor customer serivce and I will never utilize this site again. One star because I had to choose one to make this post. But frankly I don't think they are worth any stars.

I placed an order on 22 February and still nothing is when it will be sent to Miami. Write a few times to ask if everything was ok and did not answer me. I'm nervous because I do not know if the dress will arrive someday.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my niece and accidentially mixed up the shipping and billing address. I've emailed dresswe immeditately to change it, corrected it on my profile page, and asked them via email repeatedly to confirm that they have the correct information. No response! According to the website the order has not been shipped. I'm very disappointed that no one is getting back to me to let me know what the status is!

Still waiting for a response to my emails. I ordered dress February 11, and have gotten no response as to the status of my order. I even tried calling long distance in the hopes of speaking with someone, but it says it is a non-working number! I feel very disappointed.

I have recived yesterday a dress which I was buying it for my Fiancee to be for our "Engagement Ceremony"
Unfortunately we have received a VERY VERY LOW Quality dress although we paid a lot around 450 euro including shipment and duty taxes. Actually it was very disappointing for us to have such a Quality after we have trusted what they have written on their website. And we tried to contact them but they dont reply. Dont waste your Money!!!

I ordered my mom's dress for my wedding on Feb. 8th. It has surpassed the 13-17 processing period and my dress still has not shipped out!!! I've tried contacting them twice and no one has responded to my emails as to when the dress will ship! Its coming from overseas so I know it'll take awhile even with expedite shipping and it needs to be here asap in case alterations need to be done. I am so pissed. So know we'll have to go on a hunt for another dress before my wedding at the end of the month!!! I would never shop here ever again and I suggest you spare yourself the headache!! I really hate companies with piss poor customer service!

I was simply fretting when my prom nite came as I simply did not have anything to wear! After all, I wanted it to be beautiful but did not have much to spend. This is when I decided to try out dresswe.com.

The dresses were beautiful but then I was concerned about the price. But I was pleasantly surprised when I checked out the price tag as I realized that I could avail of $10 discount coupon on that price. I placed the order immediately.

Now my concern was regarding the delivery of the package. In case it came late, all my efforts would have been in vain. To add to my happiness, the packet arrived as per the scheduled time and it was exactly what I had ordered. Thus I had ample time to try out my outfit. The dress was of good quality just as mentioned on the site. The dress made my prom nite perfect!

I orederd my wedding gown here 2 weeks ago and i emailed them about it a couple of days ago and just got a response stating its out of stock ( it does not show this online) and to order something else and they will not give me a full refund even though this is no fault of my own they will only refund shipping costs! So beware if you are spendind alot of money here DO NOT DO IT unless you have mutiple choices or money to waste go somewhere else!!!

I placed an order on 3rd november 2013, the order was composed by:

- a jacket: received about 2 weeks after the order, it's beautiful, same as the photo
- a coat: received 1 month after the order, but the item is completely different than the photo. It shoud be a coat but is made in PLASTIC and it doesn't have a recognizable shape. Nobody can wear that!
- a cardigan: today, 23rd dicember 2013, I still haven't received it, Tracking the packet tells me that I should have received it on 3rd dicember, but I haven't received anything

Lots of emails to the supporto service, they continue to tell me to wait for the cardigan to arrive, they also ignore my requests about the coat.
I asked for a refund and they still ignore me.
I warn everyone is reading this post NOT to buy on this site: poor quality, poor service, waiste of money.

It was on November when I bought a wedding dress from the site. A bride's dress for instance. My wedding was on December 3... A friend had directed me to the site claiming they were fast and responsive. To my amazement I got to prove that when the site made and shipped a gorgeous design in as little as 12 days. It came before December. This site saved my time and money because I had started looking at the designs in a local boutique here.

Online shopping can be rather daunting, and selecting a store a nightmare. When a friend recommended dresswe.com as a good choice to get a gown for my sister on her wedding, I was at first apprehensive. I asked her several questions and thinking she could not convince me, she suggested I contact the company itself.

I continued my questioning and was pleased to have all my queries answered, especially about shipping abroad. Anyway, we worked out all the details online and I was finally sure I could make my order. The gown was delivered in time, exactly as I had expected it to be. I must say the winning factor was the professionalism of the customer rep I interacted with. Overall, I am pleased with the site, and would gladly send over my friends.
