I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago (order number: 132100). i have emailed them twice asking about the order status. there were absolutely no response. i put in a note when i placed the order that i would need the dress by Apr 24 for a very special event, but it seems like no one in the company has read it. there is not any number that you can contact. if you want to check on your order, or have any questions to ask, just send in an email, and wait. I personally do not think this is how a business should be run. we need to communicate. very not pleased.

I was so unsure after I ordered from this site. I was nervous because I read all the reviews and it discouraged me. So about a week later I emailed them because I wanted to make sure I was going to get my dress. I emailed them 3 times and I didnt get a response. I then emailed them a 4th time and this time i got an email back. I realize that they are busy and they get many orders so its hard to keep up with everything. You just have to try and keep in touch with them. I was always trying to keep in touch and I had two people check my order and sure enough it arrived here right on time and got here a day after shipping out. When I got the dress and opened it i fell in love. It was beautiful and I love it so much. They did very good. We need to keep in mind they have thousands of orders and it takes time.

I ordered a dress for my daughter on 3.30.14 and was told it would take 8-10 days for delivery. I paid $20 for Standard delivery figuring I would have enough time for her Sweet 16 Birthday party THIS SATURDAY 4.12.14. I have viewed my order daily and it states it HASN'T even been shipped yet. I have emailed this company 2 times with NO response. I now will probably have to SCRAMBLE to go find her a NEW dress locally. I am very displeased with this service (or lack of service).

My daughter placed her order for her dress on March 6th, and a month later have heard nothing. I've emailed them SEVERAL times, and have gotten no response. Her prom is in 2 weeks, and we're freaking out that when (if) the dress gets here, it won't fit and we'll be SOL. This isn't the kind of stress any 18 year old should be under, and I should've read more reviews before ordering her dress on dresswe.com. I am seriously regretting it now. I order a dress from this company and they said you have 30 days to return the item in its original packing. well I was unhappy with the dress it was too small. So I emailed over 5 times and didn't get a responded. So then I emailed them pictures which it takes them forever to email you back AGAIN and they told me that it was my fault and that they couldn't do anything to fix it so I had to rush and find a grown for the ball at the last minute. I will NEVER order from them again or recommended anyone to them....plus I paid extra for the dress to come early

I ordered a pair of shoes for my girlfriend's birthday about 2-3 weeks ago and I had payed for it to come within 2-5 days. Her birthday is THIS WEEK FRIDAY and I STILL have no shoes. I payed $120.90 for them to come but they have yet to arrive. I read reviews saying not to trust them but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. But now I change my mind.

We have not been able to contact company for over a week, they took our payment, paid for expedited shipping and no dress yet. Regret making business with website. My daughter needs the prom dress NOW!!

I ordered my shoes from dress we February 16, 2014. I did not receive my shoes until March 29, 2014. When I did finally get them, the look horrible. They looked nothing like the pictured ones online. They were yellow and white lace, hastily put together, and a size to big. I had waites over a month for these shoes, I did not want them to fix it, i wanted my money back. I emailed them expectinf them to give me a refund and I would ship my shoes back, but no. They told me to send pictures because they didn't believe me. What company does that? I am so beyond mad. I have never had such horrible customer service from any store. I will never order from this company again. I also suggest you not order from them either. What they send you will look nothing like it's supposed too. It will be crap and they'll just tell you o well. I didn't even think they considered one star

ordered some shoes there, tried to cancel the order. money was taken, never received the shoes (> 1 months). Very poor service.

Update: The order ID is 127494. As said before – I tried to cancel the order ca. 1 day after submitting it and have never again heard from you. Please have a look into the case. If possible, I would still like to cancel the order. Thanks!

UPDATE: Despite the copy-and-paste answer below, STILL no answer after a week. Stay away from these scammers!

I order a dress and a pair of shoes on dresswe on March 13. I have gotten the shoes, but have yet to receive my dress. I have a graduation party in a few days and am not sure what I will wear now. Also, I have sent an email and used the number provided, but no response given yet.

I ordered my wedding shoes and have still not received notice of shipment. My wedding is almost here and I have no shoes. I've sent emails and tried that phone number they provide but still nothing.

I received my prom dress last Thursday and i emailed the company to try and get my money back and return the dress but they still have not replied to my email. My prom is in less than two weeks. my order number is 187717

I placed an order on 03.12.14. Have never received an email confirmation nor status update of my order. Site says "03-12-2014 19:54:00 The order has been confirmed, and submitted to our factory to prepare the item for you. " I´m very disappointed and this was definitely my last order there. I wrote 2 E-Mails, no answer. No service.

I wanted a black classy dress to wear to my prom and I really had a hard time getting one that I liked. A very polite person who assured me that my order had been received and my dress was in the factory received my call. I continued to contact them frequently through email that they responded to me immediately. I only received my dress yesterday and what can I say; it is exactly how I wanted it to be. I needed a party dress. Browsing through dresswe.com caught my attention because of its wide selection and it indicated that it should only take1-2 weeks for the delivery. Fortunately, I saw a dress that fits me. I was very eager to see my dress because it looks really beautiful on the picture. A week after I placed my order, I made a follow up by calling DressWe. The representative was very polite and friendly. He informed me that my order was already shipped. Some people say that the phone number isn’t real, but I was able to contact them in just one call. Maybe they have to recheck the number they dial. My overall experience with their customer service was excellent. 5 days after that call, I received the package. The dress looks elegant! I was very happy. I am definitely going to order more from them in the near future.

I bought a party dress some few weeks ago through dresswe.com and I got it delivered to me last week. Though I had experienced some delays in delivery, I emailed them and they responded very fast, confirmed my order number and I had the dress shipped. I didn’t see the email in my inbox but on checking in the spam folder I found the email confirming the order was already being processed and the shipping process was on progress. I am glad that the team responded in time and did make the shipment. I was amazed after confirming the very purple dress I ordered for was just what they delivered. The dress was very beautiful, arrived on time and was nothing bigger than my size. It’s just what I ordered for. Special thanks to dressw.com because their customer service is just excellent and would like to shop through the site again. It’s undoubtedly the best platform through which can shop for any wedding dress, party dress or any accessories.

I order my prom dress from this website on February 22 and my prom is on March 29th which is in like a week!!!! And I have yet to receive my prom dress! We email this website more then 3 times and no reply. I looked at were my dress could be at and they just sent it out on March 18th!!!!! I'm very nervousness that it won't get here on time!! And I don't have enough to offerd another dress!!!!
