Good price and good service.
First time of purchasing from e-hardware. The website was easy to use and the searches worked well. Once the items were in the basket it was straightforward to pay.
I have fitted one set of latches and one of the handle sets. They are of good quality and work well.
Have added e-hardware to my own list of trusted suppliers and will be sure to use them when the need arises.

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to see that you’re disappointed with your order.
I’ve looked into this for you and just wanted to check a couple of details so we can get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible. I can’t see any prior contact from you to let us know there was an issue, which is why this has come as a surprise to us.
According to the courier tracking, the order was marked as delivered on 1st December. We’ve also been provided with proof of delivery in the form of a photo showing the parcel posted through letterbox number 530.
Could you please check whether the parcel may have been received or taken in on your behalf? If you’re still unable to locate it, let us know and we’ll happily raise this with the courier and advise on the next steps.
We do want to help resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

I’d bought 10 of the Astrid Chrome door handles a few years ago, and as well as being stylish and attractive, they’ve proved to be sturdy and robust. This was an order for an additional handle of the same type.
The website easy to navigate, and the ordering process very straightforward.

Got the double set of hinges, which are all good.delivery from DHL unfortunately was a little slow but around Black Friday understandable.
Will purchase some extra through bolts to replace the provided screws. But the set comes well packaged and looks good quality
