Hi Altin,

I’m really sorry for the experience you had with this order. The items were shipped directly from the manufacturer, and unfortunately the wrong products were sent out. We asked them to correct this, but they didn’t follow through as they should have, so we arranged for DHL to collect everything and return it.

Your refund was processed on our system, but it didn’t reach your account due to an error we weren’t aware of. As soon as this came to light, I called you personally today, apologised, and made sure the full refund was issued immediately.

Thank you for your patience while we got this sorted. I completely understand your frustration, and I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

I Have been looking into this and I can see that the locks were shipped via Royal Mail on the 4th November to France. Are you able to let me know if you have received them yet? If not I 'm happy to re-send them or give you a refund, whichever you would prefer. Please let me know.

Hi Trudy,

I’m very sorry for the experience you had with this order. You selected DHL Express at checkout and should, of course, have received that service. Instead, the parcel was mistakenly sent via Royal Mail, which then caused further delays and even a mis-delivery — understandably very frustrating, especially when you were relying on the items for your tradesman.

When you let us know you no longer needed the hinges, we arranged a collection for you on 11th November. I’ve reviewed your order today and realised the refund hadn’t gone back to you as it should have. I’ve now processed a full refund immediately.
