Updated: Order placed on July 16th and until today (July 23rd), there is no update regarding shipment confirmation. I'll keep this review updated until I get my DHL tracking code.

Finally, reply came that they can't refund my money because according to company's policy refund should be only claimed in the first 6 hours of order. They are quite strict for this rule but what about shipping the documents within first 48 hours of normal order? Today 7 days have been passed and no authentic reason that why order is late.

Update: I received the card but the print is very bad. I don't know if police will accept this quality of card.

The feedback provided by other 1 star raters has been my experience as well. The company will send several emails when you are contemplating going with them offering discounts. Once you sign up, there is essentially no customer service. The quoted times are grossly misleading and inaccurate. There is no advantage to the urgent processing. There is no phone number to contact and response by whatsapp and email is poor. They will seldomly email telling you to wait another 48 hours and then when you follow up by whatsapp and/or email, you wait to hear a response, and the response is often wait another 48 hours. I can't comment on the validity/authenticity of the 4 and 5 star ratings but the experience I have had has not been anywhere near what the positive comments post. Be very careful when dealing with this company as I do feel that this is a scam company. Of note, it has been 10 days and I am still waiting for the product to ship when I had requested urgent and expedited processing, with very poor communication on their part to resolve the issue. I have requested a refund and again no response.

i have applied an urgent IDP during the working hours around 3pm but till now i did not receive IDP .i must travel today so i applied in urgent basis though i paid 20 EURO more .still not received my idp

Support email and What up E-ITCA NOT RESPONDING for the support.Even though i requested during the work hours but no response from both E-ITCA and support email .

I needed my IdP asap as i was already travelling in 3 days. I have opten for urgent service and paid extra for the digital idp not even physical but no update or response yet. Its 3 days now and i am already in greece but there is no update from the organisation. This is really inconvenient, please be transparent with your customers and dont be like an every other scamster company.

For new users:- Please get the IDP affiliated one from the government. You pay a huge amount here and dont get your idp(which might not work i dont know) and is just waste of money.
