Eco Shield Pest Control Avaliações 

Marques, our service technician from Eci Shield, has just left after another great visit. He is very professional, courteous and efficient. He addresses all our concerns and needs including fire ants which we were not able to eliminate ourselves. Our new home has been more enjoyable and carefree since we joined the Eco Shield family.

Do not use. They will not cancel without you calling and them trying to pitch you over and over and over. Told them I moved and no longer want the service. Didn't matter. They still wanted to pitch me. So annoying. Stay away.

I wish I could give them zero stars. This is a bad company with poor service and their products do not work. Their customer service representatives are unhelpful when filing complaints. Requests and instructions are communicated inaccurately between the customer service department and the service workers. After my second service my yard was worse with ants. I called and spoke with a representative and said I didn’t want them on my yard or doing anything with my yard. Twice they violated this and showed up at my house without my confirmation of their visit or consent. When I spoke with a representative about this they said they gave me a warning 3 days prior to the visit. When I let them know I couldn’t receive their texts and didn’t have access to internet due to being out of the country the rep had no response for me other than that they were under a reoccurring service contract and needed to complete the service. I am not sure what they were doing since they weren’t supposed to be doing anything to my yard and I was not home so they couldn’t go in the house. Now, you might be wondering why I continued to let them come after these experiences, well the problem is, you will be locked into a contract and charged a lot to break it. If I were you I would choose any other service than Eco Shield!!

Ecoshield pest solutions is a trap. We see their sales people go door to door say lies about the rates they have given to other neighbors and tell us that they giveing better rates to us. Once you agreed then you under trap. Once you agreed with them then you have to take minimum 5 services for the minimum rate of 160$/per service. If you need to cancel it then they charge 250$. Their pest services is one of the worst. There are so many better and reliable pest control companies are in market. EcoShield is like a Scam. We are loosing the right oppertunity to select the perfect pest solutions for our home if we fall to lies of their sales person''s came to your door.

Dishonest sales. Still fighting with them about a contract cancelled 2 years ago. Don't trust them!

Overpriced, was lied to about cancelling the service by the sales representative. Was told at the door that "I could cancel any time without penalty." They did three visits, charged 180/visit, and I didn't notice any difference in the pest issue. Called to cancel, they insisted on charging 250 to cancel the contract because I had not done seven visits "...to fulfill your contract..."
Do not sign a contract with this company.

No expert advice, no help for what I can do while I wait two days until Eco Shield arrives. Plus I was given the wrong advice for what I needed. They just kept trying to force cookie cutter answers down my throat. Then pretended to give me an expert on my third attempt. I can wait for the real expert, but that was not an option. I have always given this company 5 star reviews in the past. Sorry to be so negative.

Ethan was the young man who performed the service, which was a thorough home inspection to discover any pest activity. He was friendly and cleaned up without request slight fallout from the attic following inspection. I am on the treatment plan and have not noticed any more spider activity in the basement. So far I am perfectly happy with the service.

SCAM!! They go after people with Alzheimer’s. They tried to get a $22,000+ contract on top of the deal they already had my father-in-law sign. They knew he couldn’t remember and kept calling and showing up anyway trying to get him to sign new documents. Disgusting, immoral behavior. They aren’t even doing any pest control, just taking money from someone who’s already suffering. They’re relentless and cruel. AFTER they were fired, they called him again, and if I wasn’t standing right there, he was ready to sign.

I want to start with the good; every agent we had with our local office was amazing, thorough and lovely and great with the pets. And the bi-monthly pest service itself seemed to work perfectly.

It was NOT worth the 6-months long ordeal I went through dealing with their customer care team and billing. We agreed to have them do an exclusion service and an insulation service last fall, since we trusted them. It was expensive, so we secured financing. Upon the exclusion service being initially completed, we were told to hold on releasing the financing funds until insulation was also complete. And that's where things turned into a mess.

For the next few months, agents kept finding signs of pest life in our house post-exclusion, fixing holes/other areas, and then coming back every other week. The insulation service kept getting pushed until no signs of life were found (this was genuinely fine with us, we really appreciated the thoroughness), and financing expired. And so even after being assured MULTIPLE times by customer service that there would be notes in our file about the balance not being due, they sent our balance to a collections agency.

I called EcoShield very upset, and they apologized and said it would be taken care of. And then I didn't hear from them again for 2 months, so I called...and was told our account was shut down for non-payment. They apologized and reinstated it, but at that point said we had 0 balance since the balance was with collections. I called the collections agency and they said they had no balance due for me. At this point, I was reasonably sure that I could have just...not paid anyone and never been caught, but we weren't trying to evade payment or deal with this years down the line, so I did the responsible thing.

I called EcoShield again (this was hours of calls over months) and was told I had no balance, but this time I asked to be transferred to accounts receivable, where they demanded to know if I was ready to pay my balance. In the midst of all this over the months, I emailed their customer care email twice and got no reply ever.

We ended up settling the debt outright-but we are never using this company for a single service again. I've never been so frustrated with a service before in my life.

If I could give one star I would. Was told I could delay service in winter and when I did my account got canceled and sent to collections after I repeatedly said I never canceled the service. They said I had to pay it anyways. No real difference in when they came anyways. Would never waste my time with them if I could go back in time. Absolutely horrible customer service. Could not say enough bad things about them.

Horrible company do not use they told us verbally we could cancel after a year yet (our bad) the contracts all state a 24 month service agreement. we had to pay 250 plus tax to get out of our agreement. This is a predatory company if I could I would rate it negative stars

I would rate them no stars if an option & don't trust their current rating. Know that they will leave a contact us reply to any negative reviews, but this is already after having wasted thousands with them & them proving time and time again to be ineffective and inept in their field. Too little, too late.

For some background, I decided to give them a chance after a skilled sales guy, Luke Vogrin, came by my house. That is the nicest thing I can say about them. My experience was abysmal from there on. Terrible communication, hard to contact & was near impossible to cancel service. Paid them $3400 for rodent control & had to pay Research Pest control to redo the job since they left so many openings, etc. This business is careless and a thorn in the side. I hope to spare anyone else the grief I experienced having to deal with them

By far one of the worst corporate custom services.

There is a reason why every yelp review for all their locations are 2 stars. Avoid them.

They got my termination fee and I hope it was worth the $275.

This company is a complete SCAM. First, the door-to-door, we are in your area game is a joke. They are not in your area doing work, they are going door to door ripping people off. If the pitch sounds good to you, offer them half the going rate, they will take that.. BECAUSE THEY DO NOTHING. I fell for this as I needed the outside of my house treated for bees/mosquitos/ticks etc. The man that came to my door provided his cell phone number if there were ever any issues.. and then POOF. If you texted him, he would not reply. DO NOT CALL the phone number they provided, or you will get the Phillipines... and they LIE. The girl I spoke to today told me she was in PNIX. I assume she meant Phoenix but could not tell me what street she was on. When I asked why she lied, she said it was not relevant. It most certainly is. If you lie about your whereabouts, what else do you lie about? Let me tell you... the service they provided was garbage. Rather than clean up some hives, they banged them down with a broom and left the remnants all around my house. This obviously did not rid the bees, it pissed them off. Another visit, the found termites near my house. I inquired about getting a termite system and they quoted me some ridiculous number. When asked for it to be explained, they stopped answering my calls and texts. This was after they told me I had bats in my attic and that I needed a $2500 treatment... lol there has never been a bat in my attic. I called another legit company to assess and they straight up told me, they were lying and there was no evidence of bats or guano. I decided to cancel my service. I signed a 5 treatment agreement. I called after treatment 3. They would not let me cancel. Being as I signed for 5, I told them to complete the 5 and stay off my property. They refuse to cancel my service. I will cancel my credit card so they can no longer bill. PLEASE stay away from them. I wish I had

Philip silvers was so polite and helpful. I thought my contract was up. But he made phone calls to straighten out this situation. And he actually save me some money. He was not only courteous but very professional. Thank you Philip.

Run, don’t walk away from this company! My issues have only worsened and if you have issues, you will be talking to someone in the Philippians. Horrible customer service! They then sent me a bill extremely higher than what we agreed to.

Your Review: (5 Stars)Ashton Sikes and his teams did an excellent job!! We want to give him and his teams a 10 stars more than a five stars!! They got rid of the rodents problem in the crawl space. They removed everything out including the old damaged insulations caused by the rodents. They cleaned and sanitized, installed new insulations and added new black plastic to cover the whole ground in the crawl space. Also they repaired / replaced the damaged vent screens in the crawl space. We highly recommend their services as they did a great job. We're very happy with the results they did.
