We strive to go above and beyond whenever possible, and it's great when customers recognise that and tell the rest of the world!
We trust these Megaflo cylinders are serving you or your clients well, and we look forward to your next visit.
Great service - highly recommended.
Placed an order for a water heater on Monday 3rd Nov and it was delivered mid-morning on Tues 4th. The item was priced very competitively and arrived well packaged. The emails sent by the company kept me fully updated about the order progress and included useful information regarding warranty etc.
I highly recommend EDD for their pricing and level of service.

Oh Ed! (I hope I can call you Ed!)
Surely you should win a prize for one of the best and most accurate reviews of all time!
If we could write our own reviews, we would definitely use you as our inspiration.
We really appreciate that you found the emails useful, and we were happy to upgrade you to a free next day delivery because, well..... just because we can!
We trust the water heater gives you great service. (you know what great service is like, having bought from us)
Many thanks once again.
Top notch service
I checked using 'chat' whether item I wanted was currently in stock and was speedily answered affirming that it was. I replied that I would complete the online order immediately after. Item arrived on Saturday afternoon, although I expected to have to wait until after the weekend. I immediately took it to the kitchen where it was to be used, installed and went through the commissioning procedure making it ready for use on the following morning, much to the surprise and delight of the kitchen staff.

Good evening Robert.
I'm so sorry for this lack of communication from the delivery driver. Gledhill are correct, there wasn't a specific request for contact prior delivery, as it is our 'default' setting, and so we were surprised and dissapointed to hear it failed on this occasion. (I can promise you that is a very rare occurance)
Could I ask you to confirm if the delivery has now taken place, and all is well with your cylinder?
