Highly recommended
Recently ordered an Ariston unvented water heater plus expansion kit - the whole process was really straightforward from start to finish. Good value, too. Diana in Customer Services was really efficient and professional when I had a query prior to delivery. Would highly recommend EDD - will definitely be using them again,

Well, there's always one thing we love, and that's happy customers!
I'm glad that you recognise that we're passionate about superb, rapid delivery, which can only really happen with a company like us who hold an extensive amount of stock.
Thanks so much for another fabulous 5 star review, and we trust that your cylinder will give many years of great service.
Excellent customer - went above and beyond
I signed up to their email and got 5% discount code but that code refused to work on the website. Called customer service (phone was answered within 2 rings) and the lady agreed that there was an issue as she also tried the code herself. To redeem, she lowered the item price on the website by 5% (who would do that normally?) and also agreed to upgrade my standard delivery to next day at no extra cost ! That's proper customer service going the extra mile ! Got my item next day (royal mail tracked 24) at an excellent price (incidentally cheaper than it was quoted on the manufacturers website). 3 cheers to EDD !

Thanks for the review Alan - we always welcome our customer's feedback.
We're obviously chuffed that you were pleased with us, and I'm sorry that the driver employed by the delivery company wasn't as efficient as WE were.
Probably using a Tom Tom from 1993!
It's a pity that your 4 star review knocked us down to 4.8 from our usual 4.9 rating...... As the driver's issues weren't directly caused by us, I don't suppose you could edit this back to a 5 star review, or is that too cheeky?

Excellent Product and Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended!
After searching extensively online for the “De'Longhi DEX216F Tasciugo AriaDry Multi Dehumidifier (16L, Blue)”, I finally found it available on the “Electrical Deals Direct” website. I’m very pleased I did!
The ordering process on their website was seamless – clear, intuitive, and user-friendly. I received an immediate email confirmation after placing my order, followed by timely updates on the dispatch and delivery process. Everything about the service was efficient and reassuring.
The dehumidifier itself arrived within the promised timeframe [it arrived the very next day!], extremely well packaged, intact, and in perfect condition. From the moment I switched it on, it’s performed exactly as described – in fact, it’s exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful, quiet [so quiet, I keep checking it to see if it’s actually working], easy to use, and has made a noticeable difference to the air quality and humidity levels in my home.
I would absolutely recommend both this “De'Longhi” dehumidifier and “Electrical Deals Direct” to anyone looking for quality products and reliable service. A smooth shopping experience from start to finish – I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again!
