Excellent service and price.
EDD had my specific water heater cylinder in stock, which I needed urgently. They were able to provide an express delivery and the product arrived the next morning! They also helped making sure I ordered the correct item. Their chosen delivery company TPN were very helpful in delivering the product too. So, I'm very happy overall, not to mention the very good price.

Many thanks for this 5 star review Steven.
Sometimes, the proof of a supplier's worth is how they put a situation right on the rare occasions that things go a little wrong, so thank you for recognising that.
We hope the 2 Megaflo cylinders are fitted and working well.

We're glad we met your expectations, and look forward to welcoming you back.
Outstanding
I had not ordered from EDD previously but the reviews gave me confidence, and the item was competitively priced. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged (which to his credit, the FedEx driver informed me about before handing it over) but it turned out to be only a slight inconvenience; the help EDD provided was first class - prompt, clear and informative. Everything was sorted out satisfactorily with minimal fuss, a refreshing experience these days!
