Good information and service but have been charged for delivery even though your engineers are installing the boiler and collecting it from your depot.
Update:- information regarding refund of the delivery charge found in my Spam account. Engineers arrived on time and worked efficiently and cleanly. Delighted with the product and service.

I had a bespoke query about 1 of their products that was for a use other boiler use. It meant I detail I needed required a bit more patience than the usual queries.
The contact replied with concise info & was also pleasant, meaning I could buy the product with a reasonable level of confidence it was suitable for my purpose.
The part arrived promptly and it works exactly as predicted.

Had an issue where the heating was not working and the hot water ran out quickly. Jas sorted the problem out and has solid workmanship and knowledge.

Contacted Electric Combi Boilers Co. to arrange for someone to come and service the boiler as we had no heating or hot water. There was some confusion on when they could attend, due to no fault of the companies, but a very help lady called Sally kept me in the loop and arranged for the engineer to come and see us a week earlier than planned if he could fit us in after his earlier jobs the next day. Jaz called the next morning and was with us by 1.30pm after finishing other jobs early. Not only did Jaz fix the issue but he also talked me through how to see what the issue is in future and quick tips to re-start the pump if it seizes. Great service and very helpful all round.

Had an issue with a leaky boiler. Gentlemen by the name of Jaz came out to fix. Was Very very helpful and explained everything. Fixed the issue and I am very happy with his service

We had a fairly disruptive leak in our boiler, and half expected we'd need a whole new unit. Jas came in to assess the damage and was able to diagnose and repair the issue in just over an hour. Really great communication and workmanship throughout. Very happy with the service.

Great service as usual. We have yet to install the boiler but if it's as good as previous the customer will be happy.

I had a problem with an early Elektra 12C that had been unused for 18 months. The technical dept were excellent, they talked me through fault finding and I sent them videos of the panel screen as I adjusted the set points. They quickly established the problem and told me how to fix it. Boiler is now running perfectly and I'm delighted.

buying on website was long. Payment defaults to Bac's instead of credit card.

Customer service was good though, able to get through on phone easy enough and received very friendly purchasing advice.

Boiler delivered promptly to site without hiccup.

Boiler failed to start due to ceased pump I had to dismantle it to free it.

Although I do think it deserves 1star for this, because of the good customer service and prompt delivery you get 2

Bought a boiler from this company. They always answer the phone should you have a query, no long queues nor elevator music, or a reminder that 'your call is important to us '. They provided me with accurate information and did what they promised.

Jaz came out to look at our boiler as we weren’t getting hot water out of the taps. Jaz quickly identified the problem and fixed it in an hour. He was very thorough, making sure that everything else was working alright before he left. Super friendly and great customer service.

So far so good - had a problem with our Electra BP-L (nice bit of kit), heating was not used since last year, booked a service, turned out the pump had seized and had an issue with the pressure release valve -- all promptly sorted out by the engineer, Jaz from chaps @ ECBC ( small niggle with getting parts but not a big deal ), bit later had a fuse issue which Jaz quickly popped back and sorted --- got them booked in to fit a WiFi controlled thermostatic timer next week hopefully this will go just as well and will be able to fine tune boiler efficiency much better -- overall extremely happy with the boiler and service from ECBC .

Had to change a couple of parts in my boiler. The service engineer, Jaz, was very professional. He explained what the issue was and fixed the problem in just an hour. Great job!

Clear explanation in response to my uqestions. good product and good product knowledge. Proactive in following up with the delivery company to get them to confirm delivery

Boiler ordered
-nil receipt for £1500+
- nil Vat receipt
- nil delivery info
- paid £60. For next day delivery
- ordered on Sunday (Monday- bank holiday) next working day is Tuesday
- Tuesday received a tel call claiming to offer a premium service (a joke) as the female didn’t know a business made the order (as entered on the order form (claimed didn’t have access to that information) - when asked about delivery was told I needed to liaise with the courier (?)
- I then down graded to standard delivery (again unknown time scale ) received £12. Refund
- following day I phone to get a delivery timescale, found out the female I’ve been speaking with was the owner, who lied about not knowing about the order sheet. Clearly stated if they are unable to provide a delivery timescale, I instructed her to cancel the order
- was informed that I would have to pay for the return of the boiler to them (didn’t even know it’s left)
- later that date an unknown company call to arrange delivery of the boiler
- you then have to phone the following day to acquire an eta
- eventually I got the boiler

Lesson learnt - this company have now been blacklist from any future orders.

But to be fair they only failed on the providing paperwork for the order and delivery information.

Additional to my review
As per the reply - you can clearly see what a customer have to deal with.

Again next working day is Tuesday not Sunday (ordered made on Sunday? Why would the next working day be the same day as the order day?)

I used female as you refused to provide your name using gender (if it was a male guess what, I’ll say male)

As to being a difficult customer
- I paid my bill in full
- all I did was asked when would my item be delivered
- as per your response (3-5 working day) for standard - but you choose to be difficult.

As a company director customer service is key to success. All I could say is good luck if you think a customer is difficult when they ask you for a delivery eta.

The boiler now installed and up and running is good and I would recommend.
The company however not so much

Upon installation and then testing I found there was three internal components leaking one was simply a nut not tight enough clearly loose upon inspection.
The second was a pipe that was misaligned with the component it was linked to this caused a slight drip every few seconds.
The third was an over tightened nut that had shredded the nylon washer that was supposed to seal it.
I of course photographed and rectified each of these issues and then emailed the company.

The response I received was not helpful as it said since the boiler is assembled in Italy and then couriered over some parts can become loose so they will now be advising people to check these parts. I responded by saying one of the leaks was actually through over tightening which is clearly not acceptable, I've had no response.

Honestly the boiler is fine and I'm overall happy but only because I'm able to rectify the mistakes of others it didn't bother me to rectify the issues but had I not been so cautious as to watch the internals during testing then it could well have been a disastrous affair.

If You're prepared to deal with a few things like this I'd say buy the boiler they are very good for the money and better than a few others I've come across. Just don't be expecting too much from the company.

The engineers arrived in good time and they serviced my boiler properly unlike other companies. Very happy with their service.
