Mis-sold
I took out car insurance in January. It was such a painful experience trying to arrange it online I ended up calling them and got put through to an offshore call centre. I specifically told the person I wanted at home breakdown cover included which he insisted was included. Lo and behold when I needed that cover at the weekend it wasn't included. I will never use these clowns for anything ever again.

Pleasantly surprised! Great service
We had the awful experience of a car write off. I was dreading the whole insurance experience, I was really pleasantly surprised by elephants response.
They were responsive efficient and very helpful.
What was an awful experience elephant made it as easy as possible to deal with
Genuinelry surprised as I wasn't expecting that, especially from an insurance company!!

I got my insurance approved and I have made the payment after 1 week they send me a letter and email me there is something wrong information provided by me my friend help me to get the insurance he is a broker he help to find best price for my car insurance they mentioned in the letter reach out us in 7 days if not we will cancel the policy what is the difference in broker and personal all the details are same they do it every day so they no better company with better price they have cancel my policy with no reason now I have to pay extra money to get my car insurance I will not recommend any one of my to buy this insurance from this group.
