Good value, might be your cheapest provider for some cars!
Best price at the time for my vehicle and age, can’t complain so far. Process and UI were simple and easy. Maybe the website can use an update / refresh but rest is good.

Terrible Customer Service
Mistakingly called the company after believing my insurance was still with them (my parents had changed companies without my knowledge) and they rudely said “you’re not with us” then hung up. Obviously this made me panic which could’ve been easily avoided by them taking 1 minute to explain what had happened. Terrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend if they’re like this to everyone. (I do want to make it clear that I am no longer with the company but no one should handle customer service that way).
