Bought several pairs of boots from EMU Australia (separate orders). Had to return two of them. Done everything right just as they asked to, paid the $9.95 for the shipping for each package (only exchanges are free). The first pair was delivered to the warehouse on January 7th, the second one on January 14th. It’s supposed to take 5-7 business day for them to process the return after the reception of the packages. It’s January 27th today, I still haven’t received my money back.
I emailed them, filled the online form on the website but no one contacted me. There’s no phone number to call.
However they had the audacity to send me an email and ask me for a feedback after me filling the form online as if they have done something to help me.

hello everyone, I am usually not complaining... BUT...
I am just shocked about EMU service....
I was placing order for a baby bootie on January 4, 2026... up to today !!! January 24, 2026 - NOTHING..
I sent request to update my order -
"Thanks for shopping with EMU Australia.
Your order has been shipped.Here are your tracking details:......." .It can take 12–24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information. If you have any questions along the way, just let us know."
Ya sure I was asking and asking - NOTHING.. Carrier respond me as they did not get any info!!! SO WHAT IS GOING ON? If you are so busy, why at the step of placing payment , you did not let us know that you are overloaded???? I would look for something else... But you collect money and not doing the actual sell !!!
I request REFUND , nothing so far !!! I will be writing review until receive bootie or refund!!!!!!!!!!!!

My boots arrived not long after I ordered them. They are wildly cozy and fit the esthetic I’ve been building so seamlessly!

I purchased a pair of boots and earmuffs. They are great quality , I love my earmuffs. I needed a larger size on the boots, I did the exchange on line, very simple process. I have heard nothing from the company on the exchange or a refund. I have tried several times to contact them via email also. It has been 15 days since the boots were returned to the warehouse. I am very surprised with the customer service after reading all the reviews.

How to buy a good pair of winter boots. I went into a big well know store saw Leather boots ,with thick lining. looked inside the boot it was made in china and it was expensive in the sale £145 pounds. came home and went on line, I have an old pair of EMU boot"s I bought from QVC some year"ago and wanted a new pare to my delight it showed me a pair like I had great they were half price I'm pleased.

The ordering process was super easy and the slippers I ordered arrived quickly.
I LOVE the slippers, they are warm and cozy and the fit is perfect.

Amazing shoes and outstanding customer service. I will happily continue buying my shoes from EMU and can wholeheartedly recommend them.
