I purchased the cutest pair of boots for myself. I noticed a slight defect with one of the boots and reached out to customer care. In less than 24 hours I received a very efficient and polite response that resolved the issue. I’m now on my fourth purchase from Emu. I love their products, attention to detail, quality as well as fun style!

Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern geben. Wir haben bei Emu bestellt und haben die Stiefel auch erhalten er leider waren in den Stiefeln zwei linke Sohlen darum wurden Sie auch zurückgeschickt (dafür habe ich 10 Euro bezahlt obwohl es eine Reklamation war). Das Paket kam bei Emu am 20 Dezember an und es hat sich bis jetzt nichts getan. Ich habe mehrmals den Kundenservice kontaktiert leider überhaupt keine Reaktion. Und mein Geld das nach 2-3 Tagen da sein sollte, darauf warte ich jetzt schon seit über einem Monat. Service am Kunden extrem unterirdisch.
Nach Angabe der Bestellnummer wurde die Rückzahlung veranlasst und das Geld ist gestern auf meinem Konto eingegangen.

Just received my Emu earmuffs .
They are really cute!
The only thing I am not sure about is that when you put them on the upper part on the muffs seem to point outwards a bit. I'm not sure what to do. If they are all like that or just my pair.

I ordered a pair of Valery boots but decided to return them, they were lovely boots but the style was to short for me. I purchased a return Evri label from Emu at £8. They were posted on 11th Jan. I think the boots have been lost as the tracking says in transit.
Customer Service is no help they say its on its way and to wait. They are now ignoring my messages!!
Awful customer service for such a big company. It has put me off ordering with Emu again.

Bought several pairs of boots from EMU Australia (separate orders). Had to return two of them. Done everything right just as they asked to, paid the $9.95 for the shipping for each package (only exchanges are free). The first pair was delivered to the warehouse on January 7th, the second one on January 14th. It’s supposed to take 5-7 business day for them to process the return after the reception of the packages. It’s January 27th today, I still haven’t received my money back.
I emailed them, filled the online form on the website but no one contacted me. There’s no phone number to call.
However they had the audacity to send me an email and ask me for a feedback after me filling the form online as if they have done something to help me.

hello everyone, I am usually not complaining... BUT...
I am just shocked about EMU service....
I was placing order for a baby bootie on January 4, 2026... up to today !!! January 24, 2026 - NOTHING..
I sent request to update my order -
"Thanks for shopping with EMU Australia.
Your order has been shipped.Here are your tracking details:......." .It can take 12–24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information. If you have any questions along the way, just let us know."
Ya sure I was asking and asking - NOTHING.. Carrier respond me as they did not get any info!!! SO WHAT IS GOING ON? If you are so busy, why at the step of placing payment , you did not let us know that you are overloaded???? I would look for something else... But you collect money and not doing the actual sell !!!
I request REFUND , nothing so far !!! I will be writing review until receive bootie or refund!!!!!!!!!!!!
