My experience with was quick and easy ordering and very quick delivery I have been buying emu boots for a while now as l love the fact that you don’t have to wear socks with them I purchased my first pair from qvc and I would not buy any another brand now since comfy and warm in the winter best purchase I ever made

This is my second pair. Love them! Just wish the soles were a little sturdier for the long term.

I had a problem with my boots and the tag ripping off the back and they replaced them right away. The quality of their products is amazing.

Very quick shipping, had a great experience from beginning to end. Most of all love the quality of my boots. As a first time EMU customer these boots are waaaaaaay better than my uggs. Purchased a second pair. My only suggestion would be to offer women's styles up to a size 12 W. That would diversify the market.

I ordered some boots off the website. After one week I got tracking information. Two weeks after that the tracking still said package not received from sender. So I emailed customer service. No response for over 48hrs. So commented on a FB ad asking if the company was a scam. Someone connected me via FB messenger & then suddenly a day later my email to customer service was replied to. They said the order was not forwarded through to their warehouse and a replacement would be sent.
I received the replacement less than a week later (it turns out the warehouse is a 45 minute drive from where I live). They sent the incorrect size. I once again emailed their customer service to advise them. I did not hear from them for a week. I messaged them on FB messenger. They said they would contact customer service for me. Customer service then replied the following day saying they ran out of the size that I had originally ordered so just sent me the size they had - WTF??!
Edit: in response to the company reply - you only refunded me after I complained about the incorrect size being sent to me. You make it sound like I was refunded and then you sent me a bigger size. That was not how the transactions played out.

Wrong boots arrived and when I contacted Emu they immediately sent out another pair, and a QR code to resend the others back and it was all very easy and helpful, the boots are really nice too, love the chocolate brown colour and so comfy

My experience has been nothing but delays, lack of communication and more delays. I'm not sure how EMU is able to exist in today's world of live agent chats and 1-2 day shipping. I order my first pair of slippers at the end of December. They arrived only 2 weeks later. After trying them on, I realized I need to size down, promptly emailing customer service for directions. No response followed for a few days. I submitted another request, 2 days later someone let me know that I should order 2nd pair and return the first one instead of mailing the first one back and doing an exchange. OK, fine, I did that. I then had to beg for instructions to make a return on the first pair, again waiting for days. There are no instructions on the website on how to make a return and you're asked to email customer service. IF that is the case, you must be able to reply within 24 hours giving clear instructions and not 3 or 4 days later. Unacceptable, given that you only have 30 days from the time of PURCHASE to make a return. Given that you wait for your order to arrive for 2 weeks, you're really short on time. The instructions I was provided on how to make a return were a page long. I'm not even sure WHO in this day and age would follow through them, from packaging in double boxes to writing a specific confirmation code on the front, otherwise, it won't be processed. Are you kidding me? All right, $30 later for a return label, as EMU does not cover shipping in case you want to return/exchange, I'm left here waiting for my right size pair to arrive. It's been 3 WEEKS since I purchased the 2nd pair of slippers and I have NOT received any shipping info, meaning they have not shipped it to date. Absolutely horrendous for the company that supposedly stands behind their product! I sent 4 follow-ups RE the status of my order. NO response.

At this point, I can say this is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I do not recommend shopping with EMU no matter how good their products might be, because everything else is a DISASTER.

Absolutely love these boots. I spend hours in the hockey arena each week and I wanted something to keep my toes warm. These are so warm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them. They also fit true to size.

I wanted a quality leather and authentic sheepskin shoe and EMU Australia delivered over and above my expectations! I am thrilled with the quality and luxuriating in the warmth, comfort and sensory experience of top notch foot wear. I immediately ordered a pair for both my sister and granddaughter and will continue to add to my fledgling collection. Repeat customer for sure!

I needed a new pair of boots for work for cold weather. I have 4 pair of Emu boots and love them so I was watching your sales and I was able to order a pair of boots and a pair of shoes. I have been wearing the boots and they are great but I haven’t worn the shoes yet but I love the way they look and feel.
