We sold our Flat with Equity and due to complexities around remediation work required on the structure of the Block it was quite a complex sale. I have to say working with Equity, and Darren in particular was a pleasure. He was incredibly responsive and was hands on when either solicitor needed to be chased to keep things moving. He honestly went above and beyond on our case working late in to evenings responding to our messages or any escalations.

We recently sold our house using Equity Estate Agents and we could not fault anything, their service was exceptional. From the initial meeting with Demitri Kafetzi to value our property, to completion everything was handled professionally and with care.
