I am currently trying to initiate a return; however, I have encountered an issue on your website. After clicking the return button and entering my order number, the system repeatedly indicates that the order number cannot be found, preventing me from completing the return process. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response regarding my return request.

Your system fails to recognize my order number, making it impossible for me to initiate a return. I have already contacted customer service but have received no reply.

This is unacceptable, especially considering that international returns to Italy require time and planning. I am currently facing a strict deadline, as I will be leaving the country soon and will no longer be able to manage this return.

If this delay causes me to miss the return window, I will hold your company responsible.
