Incredible service concept
Incredible service concept, combined with implementation, friendliness and speed. Due to an ordering error on my part, I had to contact customer service. They arranged for an immediate and direct replacement of the product (the colourway was the problem) for me without any problems. I didn't have to do anything else. After my return was received, I was immediately notified of the replacement order. Absolutely 5-star service concept. I'll be back!

Returned order via DHL, they have had it since the 25th November. Still no refund, now no communication. Stay well away, £12 charged for DHL to collect!! New excuses from the rest on here to do with DHL sorting hubs being really busy. Just do not shop here, they are truly awful!

I stumbled on Eraldo via a Google search and I’m ecstatic I did!! Not only did I get the best price on my Dries Van Noten sweater but it was shipped to New York in 3 days!!!!
