I had a terrible experience
I had a terrible experience. The website listed the shoes as US size 8, but they sent me a UK size 8 instead. Although they gave me a full refund, they only offered a 15% discount as compensation, even though I originally purchased the shoes at 30% off during the Black Friday sale. This mistake and poor resolution made the entire experience very disappointing.
