Boutique Eraldo è giornalmente, quotidianamente in continuo, sistematico aggiornamento, innovazione nel settore moda in senso ampio : abbigliamento, accessori, calzature.
Eraldo Boutique è attentissima ad ogni novità inerente e riguardanti nuovi brand emergenti, sconosciuto al grande pubblico e quindi ancora non di massa, ma di esclusiva, sola, unica "nicchia", "scrigno" da assoluti, autentici addetti ai lavori, operatori del settore, veri amanti, appassionati, con enorme e grande approfondita conoscenza e altrettanta, parimenti, ugualmente, molta, tanta cultura, essendo come il sottoscritto un vero "malato patologico maniacale" attentissimo ogni giorno a nuovissime novità e cambiamenti nel settore specifico e medesimo stesso. Consiglio, sinceramente, veramente anche per chi come me non abita, dimora, vive nelle immediate vicinanze della regione Veneto e di conseguenza, successivamente a Ceggia (VE), di prendere visione del sito online e shop online di Eraldo in maniera e modo continuativo, sistematico, giornaliero, quotidiano, per capire, comprendere, conoscere chi e coloro dello staff e team Eraldo Boutique che in qualità di buyer dimostrano di avere concretamente, realmente, veramente, dimostrandolo poi con i fatti e non con asettiche teorie, il vero mondo e pianeta moda di oggi e già con lungimiranza e perspicacia rivolti ancor più al domani. This company is terrible. I ordered leather sock boots that didn’t fit at all. Mind you I previously ordered the same boot in brown in the same size from Olivela, which provided excellent service. The boots arrived ahead of schedule and were packaged appropriately. Those boots fit like a glove. Yet, Eraldo was unresponsive at all times. Except, I returned the boots but the company claimed they had no information on their end about my return. Mind you, each time I logged into ERALDO’s system it clearly shown I initiated a return. To make matters worse, ERALDO offers free returns using DHL who picked up the item from my home. I initiated the return pickup through ERALDO’s website as required! So how did DHL receive notice of my return and my request to pick up the boots, but NOT Eraldo! To make matters worse, Eraldo reached out asking for more information after I kept emailing them about my return. I provided a screen shot of my return request on THEIR website and a photo of the DHL driver picking up the package from my house with a zoom in on the shipping labels. Yet, no response. No follow up. This company is a scam.

Easy shopping experience. Shipping was fast

I bought a pair of earrings from them via Farfetch, which I ended up returning without trying them on because the design didn’t fit my dress. They claimed that I had broken the earrings and refused to refund me. I regularly shop on Matches, Mytheresa, Net-A-Porter and have never had any issues with the returns. I was forced to cancel the transaction via Amex, which took my side. Six months later, the clowns from Eraldo shipped the earrings back to me although I had clearly told Farfetch that I don’t want them. Now I had to involve DHL and they’ve rejected the package. What an awful online store with horrible customer service. And Farfetch should stop working with them.
