Don't register a domain with them. Customer service doesn't respond. You can write to them, but nothing happens. They blocked my domain, my pages are inaccessible, and my email isn't working. I can't even take my domains away because they've blocked everything. The worst service provider I've ever seen.

I've bought a domain for €50, they accepted my order and payment, started processing it.. But the next day they refused to honor my order, canceled it and released the domain. And now they ask €1330 for it. And not even an apology. just a short nonsensical email.

This was my only (short-lived) experience with EuroDNS, but I'm going to stay away from this one. Feels too much like a scam.

Easy to understand. We use this service to manage only few stuff without any complications.

Very responsive and accurate personal service

I was trying to register a .cc domain I had been looking for, which was listed as unavailable on other platforms (often with the only option to auction it off from the owner for a lot of money).
To my surprise, it was offered on EuroDNS for around 40 EUR for two years. So I clicked "buy" and they charged my card.
Two hours later, I get an email that they couldn't process my order, because "the domain name has already been registered by a third party". Shouldn't they have checked this before selling it? Isn't this the whole idea of their service?
I get my money refunded, but of course this takes a few days and then it turns out I get back around a Euro less than i paid (probably because of currency conversion or other fees, since I don't have a bank account in EUR).
In the end, I got the experience of being "sold" something they don't have, and then not even getting all my money back.

All requests were dealt with and resolved promptly.

I had my domains here for 4 years with no issues whatsoever. I've used their email service for the past year and are really happy.
With good prices and excellent customer service, they deliver an excellent solution.

Eurodns is a serious and efficient services provider ✅👏👏👏👍

Pros: Does the job. Has a good customer support team. Allows registering some unusual TLDs.

Cons:
They try to charge money at every step (even to update DNS lol). This year, they hiked my domain fee by almost double. The UI isn't that great.

Conclusion:
It's good till it works but wouldn't recommend it.

Je recommande fortement les services de EuroDNS, surtout pour les noms de domaine. Interface facile et très bien structuré pour gérer les noms de domaine etc.

Easy acces to customer login page, all clear information what to do.
And informed in all stage, payment, renewals etc.
